what a terribly run office. I submitted all of my information and went for my appointment and they…read moreinformed me at that point that they don't take my insurance. If they cannot even get that part of their services right, I can't imagine how they help treat serious injuries. The office staff was completely unsympathetic to the fact that they had wasted my time and said it was the fault of an office manager who was not there. I am sure this happens all the time and they are just looking for people to get treatment without insurance. After reading the review below I am even more disgusted by these scam artists. They don't even take insurance and they don't even bother to tell you that when you call. Just bait and switch you and hope that you feel so embarrassed by the fact that they don't take "your insurance" that you will go ahead and pay for the session out-of-pocket or the treatments. Beware of this scam. Perhaps this sort of thing should be reported to the attorney general.

Each time, I came out of PT in worse shape than when I started. I decided to give it one session, just to see if there may be a chance this time would be different. Luckily, I was assigned to Haroon Tareen, who explained that he was in his last semester of his PhD in PT. He spent a great deal of time thoroughly taking down my medical and personal history. He took the time to get to know me and what my goals were. Haroon was careful not to overdo it at first, gradually increasing resistence as time went on. Haroon and I developed a personal friendship, sharing our successes and our challenges. After four weeks, eight sessions later, I took a break from our sessions, but he sent me some exercises to do at home. I continued to follow his regiment and decided I could now do it on my own. Thanks to Haroon, I feel great, physically, but more importantly, I feel grateful to have encountered such a brilliant young man. I am sure he will have a very successful career in his field.
