He listens attentively to my concerns and seems genuinely interested in my well being. He usually has my back X-rayed in the office to monitor my condition. Dawn C, a licensed R.T., skillfully administered an X-ray today, and Dr. Goldstein interpreted the results. He assured me that my condition is stable despite the recent increase in intensity of my pain. He explained that I likely did something to aggravate my condition and that hopefully the pain will soon subside and, if not, I should make an appointment with a pain management specialist. Dr. Goldstein habitually prescribes physical therapy and medication and makes timely prescription renewals. He also suggests that I apply heat and cold packs on my back whenever necessary. The office staff is professional and skillful. Today I had a pleasant chit-chat with Siobhan, a receptionist who informed me about the pros and cons of different health insurance companies because Open Season on my job just finished. I highly recommend Orlin & Cohen. They certainly know what they are doing!

I was a former patient of Dr. Weiss and went to him for gel injections for my knee several years…read moreago. He is a complete idiot! With the gel injections, you need a series of three for them to be effective. Dr. Weiss typically gave me a shot before the injection to numb my knee. He was on vacation during the time of my second injection, so another physician covered in his place. She was able to give me the injection without a numbing needle beforehand. I mentioned this to Dr. Weiss when I went to see him for my third and final injection. He said okay, and subsequently jabbed the needle forcefully into my leg, as to try to teach me a lesson. As I commented before...He is a complete idiot and very unprofessional! Needless to say, that was my final visit with him. I cannot believe he is still practicing.

I see these giant steep stairs that go into an actual basement, which I was very confused about considering injured people on crutches, boots, and other physical disabilities have to get down those stairs; very dangerous and ridiculous. Aside from that, I had a 10am appointment. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room to be seen for approximately 5 minutes, just to be told I have to go to a specialist with my injuries. At that point I was furious. This place is a complete joke. The doctor seemed like he got his degree out of a cereal box. I would avoid this place at all costs like the plague. 10/10 would NOT recommend going here !!!! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
