I would not recommend this property management company. I scheduled a meeting to discuss possibly hiring them to manager a 27-unit property, but he missed the meeting. That alone was disappointing, but the experience only got worse from there. During our conversations, he repeatedly talked over me and rarely allowed me to finish a sentence. I found him to be dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude. The way he interacted with me left me feeling that I was not being treated with with the same level of respect I would expect from someone seeking my business. Tenants can stay in a property if their landlord has a very weak eviction civil case. They (RHB) will sue a tenant even if a signed copy was not provided to the tenant. Also, my range doesn't work and the back door won't close. The lease that you gave me says , landlord does all repairs since 2013. Do you understand what ALL repairs mean! Do not rent a property from Bruce Evan's or RHB. They won't give you a signed copy of your lease and try to evict you!!! Buyer Beware! I'm on 24 hour IHSS and being bullied by Bruce Evan's and RHB. Bruce, please call the Visalia Police Department if you feel there is damage to this property! Please feel free to attach a Police report # to this posting! This will never happen because I have 260 thousand dollars of cars in the front yard. Don't make me sound like a bad tenant: I'll put my record and net worth against your anytime! I think I've read a lease while attending law school. Yes, I beat your first eviction already!!! Don't you get tired of suing disabled people on IHSS.
