He did not copy me on any correspondence to my insurance company. I hired you to do a professional job of inspecting my roof and I didn't get an engineer report or photographs from you. Justin stated and I quote, "We can give a small discount because a report was not needed in this case." I have not received any money. I will contacting the BBB and file report with the Professional Engineer. I do not recommend using Justin Hall Engineering!
