I would give them negative stars if i could. They told my mother they could fix her foundation for 30000 and said it it had a great warranty. Both w ere lies. We had used Foundation Pro before and have been very satisfied with the work they did. We saw a few cracks in different area than before. We called Foundation Pro to see if we needed some reinforcing or raising the floor. Jim explained why the cracks were appearing and showed us to our satisfaction, that the cracks weren't an issue at this point and might not get worse. In one area, jumping in with any corrective action could cause cracks in our new bath tile. He recommended that we wait and see if it was needed. He told us how they would fix the problem if it got worse. We appreciate his honesty and integrity. He didn't try to push us into work we didn't need at this point. I would highly recommend Foundation Pro. We were referred to them by our Realtor friend because we were having some separation in our floor planks that indicated a compromise in our foundation. Jeff came out and analyzed and felt that it wasn't anything serious, but that when we started replacing the flooring we should call them when the old stuff was removed so they could put in concrete staples, if needed. We were worried about how we would juggle the schedule when the flooring company started, but Foundation Pro was so flexible and came exactly when we needed them. We had some foundation repair work done. The Foundation Pro technicians drove 1 of the pilings (which are large steel pole) through our sewer line without even noticing. FOUR DAYS LATER WE HAD SEWAGE BACKING UP IN OUR TUBS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS! Our plumber had to come out and replace the completely destroyed pipe, routing around the piling. NOW WE HAVE A $4000 BILL TO REPAIR THE COMPLETELY DESTROYED SEWER LINE. Foundation Pro refuses to pay any of this repair bill as they do not feel they should be held responsible for driving a large steel pipe directly though the sewer line that services our whole house! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPAY! If things don't go perfectly, they will leave you to pay for it! read more

I called Foundation Pro after seeing cracks in my exterior brick walls and interior walls in my house. They made an appointment to come out and assess the problem. They gave me a full explanation of why cracks were appearing in the walls and what would be done to correct it. I was totally impressed by the quality of the work.
