Mr. Hall is not licensed to provide any structural plans, services, reports, or anything to deal with structural engineering elements/problems/remediations. Per the order attached in the photos below he will not be allowed to practice anything with civil or structural engineering unless he takes care of all items listed on the order found on pages 8-10. Furthermore the City of Little Rock will not accept any of his reports, calculations, or plans until the Arkansas State Board of Licensure For Professional Engineers And Professional Surveyors have released him of taken care of all items listed on the order provided hereon. read more

I've requested a full refund $450.00. He did not supply my insurance company nor myself with an Engineer Report. He stated in the pictures that I supplied I had hail damage due to the storm, but now he contradicted that information I sent him in a previous email. He did not copy me on any correspondence to my insurance company. I hired you to do a professional job of inspecting my roof and I didn't get an engineer report or photographs from you. Justin stated and I quote, "We can give a small discount because a report was not needed in this case." I have not received any money. I will contacting the BBB and file report with the Professional Engineer. I do not recommend using Justin Hall Engineering! read more

I would recommend this company, and I'm not easily pleased. This company performed a structural engineering evaluation on a moment's notice just before Christmas 2018 and got it back to me before the end of that year, as promised. They were brought out to look at a sag in the roof of a new addition to a cabin which was completely renovated in 2016/7. They also examined two other parts of the property to offer their opinion, included at no extra charge for the original price of the report which was supposed to focus just on the new addition. In 2019 we chose them to design blueprints to fix the house, which they did for the price quoted in 2018. They worked with us through the process as plans changed once we hired a contractor and removed the ceiling and realized how bad the problem truly was. They also answered my calls as I consulted them during the renovation project. They were both kind and knowledgeable. I would use them again if I had to do it over. read more

I wouldn't recommend the service of home inspecting to anyone. He went through the house and only pointed out things that were obvious. I asked him if he had went on the roof and he stated that he had. I never once seen a ladder or him go on top of the roof. Once I advised him that I had been made aware that roof damaged had been disclosed in the home disclosure and a claim had been filed on the roof then he decided to go back and get on the roof and take pictures. I felt he had done this to try and prove his original statement was correct which wasn't. I went back weeks later to look and see where the damage had been. I also took pictures to make him aware of the damage that he had MISSED the first time. He stated that it had rained and that's why I saw damage and that could of happened over the course of weeks since we had been at the home. HE'S HORRIBLE....RUN....RUN...RUN read more
