Can you change out a 20 AMP CGFI outlet, and the answer was yes. I said, what the process, and they said we will look at the job and send a quote. I talked to them and said I don't need a quote, but simple grab and just go swap out. They agreed and sent a tech out. Guess what? I ended up with a QUOTE invoice for $350. They didn't fix it, but sent an invoice for the quote, and an invoice to go back and repair? They do not care about customers.

Told to expect it in by 11/7. We called on 11/8, and they had not received it; said they would call when it came in, in the next 2-3 days. We went back on 11/11, and they still did not have it. We had to actually go into the business, as every time we called to check, they said they would check it and call us right back, and they NEVER called. Today, we went to LED World (by Metro Appliance). Everything we needed was in stock, and John was so nice, and really seemed to appreciate our business. To top it off, we got exactly what we needed for HALF the cost LED King was charging. LED King? Just say NO.
