He said that it's normal to have these cracks and the wood expands and contracts, creating cracks. They have a repair kit that they can order, but that's about it. I should not have to order a repair kit for new cabinets. Some of the doors don't match up and I have to re-install the hinges to make them right, because the adjustments still aren't enough. They come out of a factory like this, how can they let that slide? I contacted the manufacturer and they ended up replacing 2 doors, but they really should replace all of the damaged doors. Andy and 21st Century cabinets do NOT stand by their product at all and now we've spent thousands of dollars and are stuck with cracked cabinets.

I got in touch with my contractor to see if her number changed and he spoke to her and told me she didn't like that i negotiated and decided to block me.Mind you the final counter I was trying to purchase from her was $170 and you would think she could lower it by $20-30 knowing i'm a returning customer and have sent a few customers her way. I called today to speak to her and tell her how unprofessional it was and she got pretty loud and told me she's hanging up on me. I would like to take this to the owner because that was terrible but apparently he's on vacation for a few weeks. As the product was delayed time after time after time Danny wasn't responsive I would have to track him down and had to call repeatedly to get in contact with him.
