Bought what I believed was a locally bred Havanese from this breeder and over the course of the…read morelifetime of this dog we spent about $20-30k on a lengthy list of medical issues ranging from eye issues to Cushings disease. I absolutely would not recommend. Sadly he was recently put down due to ongoing medical problems.

Barbara Mroch operates this "business" out of her home. When entering, there is a strong smell of…read moreanimal feces and stale urine. It is not a sanitary nor a safe place for animals, let alone humans. I was shocked to see feces, urine, and old pee pads scattered throughout the house, and puppies who looked unbathed and sick, sitting in their own filth, in dirty blankets inside their cages. To top it off, even though I had been promised "the pick of the litter", Mrs. Mroch told me that there was only one puppy available, and I was not given any choice. I asked about proof of vaccination and health records, and was told it would be sent to me "before the end of the week", and that she did not have this information on hand. I immediately smelled a scam and turned on my heels and left. Further, this woman is charging $2500 per puppy, yet cannot offer certified paperwork nor pedigree. ****BUYER BEWARE:**** This "operation" does not seem legal, and the dogs are not cared for properly. The home is in complete disarray, and it appears Ms. Mroch is having trouble managing this business, and seems overwhelmed and rushed. I pray for her dogs' sake, that either animal welfare, or a trusted friend or family member intervenes before it is too late.

Products include foods, treats, medications, accessories, pet furniture, etc. This particular PetSmart is in the Hempfield Square shopping center. I recently shopped here for my cat and dog. This PetSmart had fully stocked and organized shelves of merchandise. It sold many but not all of the name brands that my pets like, such as Fancy Feast wet cat food, Temptations treats, Tidy Cats litter, and bully sticks. Prices were average compared to other brick-and-mortar stores and slightly higher compared to online stores. A rewards program does offer some discounts. Furthermore, this PetSmart offers services such as adoptions, a veterinarian, dog-training, and grooming.

Absolutely disgusted in the way bettas were half dead in their cups with some in dirty water. Not only that, but the staff is very rude and there is one manager that shouldn't be a manager. I get people have different stories, but her attitude and hygiene are dreadful. Customer service in general should be coached too cause everyone runs away, get agitated or ignores me if I ever need help. I enjoy going here and I understand pet stores have polices just like any store, but all I can say is woof...
