They did everything we asked of them and more to meet his needs. There people that owned the property that the old location sat on were outside when we were there and were VERY rude and tried to get us to get a dog from them instead(from what i can only guess was the puppy mill being run from the barn right beside the actual adoption place). I am happy they moved away from those people! I highly recommend PAL for a pet. Also, if you take the time to look at reviews as my wife and I did, you will notice all the bad ones are from people no where near here and are in someway ( im guessing by the way the one is written) are friends or relatives to the terrible people that owned the property where PAL used to be located. Stick with the folks that live here and REALLY have done business with PAL! PS: To anyone at PAL that may read this Marvel is alive and well and our child counldn't be happier!! Thank yinz again Also not sure why it won't change it, but, I live locale.

All three cats were…read morehandled gently and they were put into a double-decker secure enclosure together with a comfy cat bed, a bowl of food and water on each level, and plenty of toys. A blanket was hung up over half the area so that they can choose to look out or be someplace more enclosed. I got a chance to say goodbye as they ate, drank, and explored. I had a chance to take pictures and will be able to follow their progress on WOASH's FaceBook page. WOASH collected plenty of information about each animal so that their needs can be met. Once the kitties have been cleared by a vet they will be free to wander a cozy cat area with the other cats. I felt very much at ease leaving the cats there and trusting WOASH to find them a good forever home..

They let him in his wheelchair and he played while they groomed. We had 6 doxies that they cared for like their own. One died while we were on vacation. He was old and was diabetic and had Cushing disease. They took him to the vet and he died in their arms. I couldn't be there so I had the next best thing for him. I would go anywhere else. The girls are wonderful in caring for the dogs. They always came home clean and happy. I had them on special food which the girls have them. I'm an anxious pet mom who always feels guilty taking my pets out of the comfort of their own…read more(pampered) home. Nonetheless, Kennel Klub is my "go to" place for all of my current and former dogs and cats. This after using several other public and home-based kennels in the area. Since the late 1970s, the owners at Kennel Klub have earned and maintained my trust and confidence that my pets will come back to me happy and whole. Their staff seems to have been hand picked by the owners to convey the same sense of duty and customer service. Only twice have we had unexpected pet medical emergencies while out of town, less than I can say for our human medical emergencies on the road during the same period of time. Kennel Klub quickly and efficiently communicated with us about our pets conditions, and transported them to and from our veterinarian for care, both times with very happy endings. I've read that animals can learn and associate meanings to about two dozen words. We call the place "bark park", and all of my dogs were excited and happy to go there. My cats recognized the name "bark park" too, as they could hear all the dogs from their own separate cat room. Cats, who covet their comforts and routines, would grudgingly get in their pet carriers, expecting some nights away from home. Grooming is available, even for the cats, and they have all come out of the salon "fresh and fluffy". When my long-haired cat is going for a grooming session now, I tell him to "come with me to the cat's spa" and he seems to know that he'll be home in a few hours. I guess that any persons who love their pets don't want to be separated from them, but sometimes it's necessary. Kennel Klub helps to take the edge off everyone's separation anxiety.
