The owner was friendly and incredibly helpful when it came to pick-up and drop-off times. They have indoor and outdoor play areas and even have a little pool for the dogs to play in. While our dog was happy to see us when we came to pick him up, he seemed just as content to hang out with the owner and couldn't stop licking her! He was absolutely exhausted after playing there for a few hours and slept the entire four hour drive home plus the day after!! They didn't hesitate to help us plan a schedule that would meet all our needs. From the moment Lula and I walked through the door for our Meet & Greet, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure they addressed all our needs and requests. As an overprotective "parent," I had many requests, and they were extremely reasonable, always listening and making me feel understood. I witnessed how the Dogtopia staff takes excellent care of the pets that visit the facility, enabling me to attend all my scheduled activities during the week with enormous peace of mind. It was his first trip to the groomers and Denise had a lot of patience with him. Penny was so fluffy and Denise had removed a lot of the shedding hair. Great job done!
