It's a family business (always a plus for me) with an occasional dog on staff (also a plus). The father has been doing this for decades, and his daughters are learning from him. They have a huge selection of frames, and know absolutely everything about framing various media. When I framed a very detailed embroidery with a ton of sentimental value several years ago, they helped me choose a double-layer of glass that would protect the work from moisture, light damage and fading. It's difficult to hand over a piece of fabric you've put dozens of hours of work into, and this is the only place where I can do that without anxiety- I know these very experienced professionals will treat it with care and turn it into permanent art.
