Receptionist explained they were busy but would squeeze him in. His son was xrayed before me. When I was finally taken back for my scan he positioned it on my knee but I was there for my back. In the meantime, all I needed was for my primary care provider, Vanessa, to update my existing reasonable accommodations and intermittent family medical leave forms. These were already in place; they simply needed to be renewed. I made it clear that if my accommodations are honored, I do not expect to use intermittent leave--it was only meant as a backup during flares. Despite being fully aware of this, she refused to update the paperwork. At the beginning of the appointment she stated that it was a 30-minute visit and that she would not go over that time, which immediately made me feel rushed and dismissed. In my opinion, this is grossly unacceptable for a primary care provider, whose role is to help manage these very issues. I left feeling unsupported and completely let down. Based on my experience, I do not recommend her to anyone, especially if you ever need help beyond the most basic visit.

My first experience with Er Quick care was a couple of months ago when in had rash on my body all…read moreover. First I thought it was dry skin but when it developed into a rash showing on my skin, I went to er urgent care for help. The reception area was very courteous and got me set up see a doctors on duty. When he heard my description of my symptoms he immediately showed me on his mobile phone the name of my problem which matched exactly toy problems but I have never heard off it before. It was a virus in my body which was dormant but had been activated. It's was not contagious but it will be around for several weeks . In the meant time, he prescribed the medicine I needed to treat my problem. The doctor's name was Dr Engel. He was dead on the prescriptions were right on the money. He was very caring and told me the symptoms will be around a few weeks before they disappear. It happened exactly as he said and the treatment was very effective. A very friendly and caring environment with competent staff. This place is now my go to place for medical care.
