We recently had them do, among other things, some drywall work, painting, security camera and Nest thermostat installation, mounting/hanging and wiring (behind walls) of a TV, adjustments to uneven and sticky doors throughout the home, repair of a non-functioning power washer, and work on a leaky toilet (again, among other things). Their range is impressive, and their craftsmanship is top notch. VERY high quality, high-grade professional work product. They even bring all of the necessary tools and materials to support whatever the need is, including materials for painting, etc. Very low lift for us as the consumer -- we really didn't have to lift a finger. The best part? All of them are incredible human beings, who are very easy to work with. Their customer service is great -- we provided our requests and instructions, and they ran with things from there and delivered exactly as we had asked. The work is clean and seamless and definitely worth the price. We couldn't ask for a better team, and we'll certainly be using Bill and his family in the future for all of our handyman needs.

They dropped by that Friday afternoon to assess the situation. Great attention to detail. I learned for example that you don't want vertical seams lining up. Quick but thorough. They found an exact replacement, and had the paint mixed that same weekend. In the future, when we decide to fix up our cabinets, drywall, molding, and so on, I intend to call on Bill first.

I had booked him for services to fix my toilet and install a garbage disposal. He had mentioned he was working another job at the same time and said he'll come back for the garbage disposal. James is the consummate professional!…read more I hired James for a full day to tackle some long overdue work in my home. On our initial walk through so he knew exactly what I required, he obviously listened carefully to the plethora of jobs he was to undertake, that he required no further unnecessary input from me for the full 8 hours he was here. He followed through thoroughly with all I asked of him, much to my delight. James did a range of work from caulking, hanging multiple items such as a huge heavy mirror, added many a handle to my kitchen cupboards, door adjustments, furniture assembly and the list goes on. He stuck to his quote and he also finished everything in the allotted time. Having had a father in the industry, I am more than aware of when a job has been done well or not, this job was not just done well it was done excellently!

He was also very good at fitting the new AC into the space for the old one and ensuring it was sealed and weather proofed. However, when he finished the work, he left large boxes and packing materials scattered where he opened them and filling our kitchen floor and on the dining room table. He didn't do anything to organize the mess or break down the boxes. He said most of it was recyclable and he wouldn't do anything with it. Left us to clean up after he left and figure out how to manage and get rid of these large heavy boxes. Additionally, he had put the old AC on our deck. We asked if he would recycle the old AC and he agreed - charging us an additional $200 to take it. When he put it on our deck, it left piles of black (not sure what) that we had to clean after he left. Additionally, I had purchased a new bracket to support the new air-conditioner. He decided without consulting me to use the old bracket instead. (Hopefully it last for the long run!)
