Trash UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNERS: I never became a client because the staff member who reached out to me to take my intake over the phone AFTER I filled out the sheet initially told me that my case was not the right fit for your office. She was rude and cold as well, even if your office choose not to take me, does not allow for your staff to be disrespectfully dismissive...especially when you choose to barter to Veterans. This law firm is the perfect example of why you should opt to be represented by veteran owned firms ONLY. You didn't care then and by this crap review you definitely don't care now. A good lawyer needs to want to serve the client, not just their own wallet. (Oh, the stories I could tell about bomb throwing attorneys who just want to rack up those billable hours!) I've had the pleasure of working a case recently with Tom, and I find him to be dedicated, responsive, and to really care about his clients. Finding all that in one attorney is rare. For any Travis Co. case I would highly recommend Tom. Attorneys make money by encouraging acrimony between parties. I don't believe that Tom is gunning for that for his clients.
