I really should have read the reviews. The VA malpractice caused a 47 day delay in a brain bleed needed 2 surgeries and lifetime imparement. The these people took 2 months to respond and say they are a sad sorry weak firm that only handles cases you could win by yourself. Pathetic. Less than 1 star honestly. I wouldn't recommend this company just based off of the intaker's disregard for my claim to seek assistance with a malpractice I'm currently going through. I got the impression that my case wouldn't get THEM the dollar amount they desire to represent a veteran. They're not even owned by Vets, typical lawyers who will probably only see you as a dollar amount IF it's big enough. I asked the intakes what was wrong with my potential case after I explained to her the gap in my service connected injuries that incurred further damage, she simply expressed that I fill out an intake sheet. what's the point of her calling if she couldn't tell me what my case lacked and I most definitely wasn't about to do that dead end intake sheet. Trash UPDATE RESPONSE TO OWNERS: I never became a client because the staff member who reached out to me to take my intake over the phone AFTER I filled out the sheet initially told me that my case was not the right fit for your office. She was rude and cold as well, even if your office choose not to take me, does not allow for your staff to be disrespectfully dismissive...especially when you choose to barter to Veterans. This law firm is the perfect example of why you should opt to be represented by veteran owned firms ONLY. You didn't care then and by this crap review you definitely don't care now. You could have take this as an opportunity to offer help, but instead you and your staff chooose to berate the very Vets you are begging to represent, but I guess there no incentive for you guys if you can collect the dollar amount that you desire. A lot of what my fellow Veterans are saying about the firm is spot on. The firm is only concerned with a big easy payout. Many of these cases, including mine, if this was outside of the VA, we would have no problem finding proper Malpractice Representation. The VA is still finding injuries I have sustained going on 5 months after because of lack professionalism and competence displayed by my former primary care physician. It's easy to win a case when a Physician cuts off the wrong foot. While I kept feeding this firm my medical info, it was most likely used to feed the VA info. Lesson learned, I cannot recommend this firm in good conscience. Don't bother. They instantly let me know that they won't take any case over two years old against the Va. We all know that the VA takes years to make a diagnosis, so you automatically won't qualify with these lawyers. What I can say is people if you want to get an attorney this is not the person you want to go to his staff is extremely rude on professional it's specially his employee named Pam she sits there and lies to people on the phone and she gets upset when people catch her in our in all her lies the whole group is very rude to people and what I've read he doesn't try to be there for the veterans or the people in malpractice Pam literally told me no joke that he's in there for the money he said the only reason they turn this case down is because he felt he wasn't going to get any money off this case that shows me right there she doesn't care about the veterans and he don't care about the malpractice if he feels he can't win the case he doesn't want to take it on and get this everybody she tried to lie to me and say it only takes 20% I looked up quite a few of his cases in the court system and he got 40 to 50% if he goes to court see that's the party doesn't tell you don't go to this lawyer everybody should make sure they don't help this lawyer because he's only there for the money let's get this one closed down so we can get some good attorneys out there if there's still some out there that care about the person and care about their case not just about the money they can get and you know his employee Pam got upset because I told her I'm going to let people know what kind of Law Firm this is and she got extremely mad at that and if you catch her in a lie she'll hang up the phone on you sounds like a really good Law Firm everybody stay away from him he doesn't care he's there for the money that's all read more

Update: After not returning my phone call for several days they took the time to immediately reply to a negative but true review in the middle of the night. Archuleta Law Firm also thinks it's a good idea to slander the memory of a deceased veteran on Google. Dr. Archuleta's own website states that they handle cases involving military medical malpractice, however they refused to help my father and I. According to their paralegal--they haven't had much success with military medical malpractice cases. Archuleta Law Firm refused to even provide a referral to another attorney. They didn't even bother to return my call when they said they would, instead I had to keep calling until they replied. I recommend finding a different attorney. read more

I'm giving this office, the entire staff, a five star review. Here's why, my case with the VA was terrible. They misdiagnosed my late husband and in turn he passed away in August of 2021. Marion and Michael took our case without hesitation. They showed compassion and empathy for me because of what the VA has done to him. Every step of the way and through the process of holding the VA accountable for their wrongdoing. This law firm was in communication with me and encouraged me that they had my best interests at heart. I am absolutely blessed to have them representing the death of my husband. I filled out a form online about my potential case and he responded, quickly (to his credit) that his firm would not accept such a case. I asked for an explanation, as the form I submitted had barely any information. Again, to his credit, he did respond and asked me why I thought I had a case. He appeared to read my email response. He stuck w/ his decision to not take the case, which is completely within his professional judgment. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I contacted two other seasoned attorneys, doing this same work, and they both jumped at my case and had experts reviewing the medical information quickly. Each said they review a lot of cases to accept one (e.g., 100 to accept 1) and that I have a clear malpractice case. I just wish Archuleta had spent a little more time learning about this case before rejecting it. read more
