Stay away from this law firm at all costs!!!!. The reason they seem to have only positive reviews is because they aggressively threaten to sue anyone who dares to post a negative review about them. What kind of lawyer threatens their own client when they have all the hard evidence of the injury and trauma you have already been through. This law firm runs a sneaky operation. This is how it works; they tell you your case is best served by taking it to court but they have no intentions of actually following through with that. Instead all they will do is file all the paperwork to sue and this allows them to them get a much bigger cut of your settlement. But then they will push you to settle for the first offer you get that is extremely low and refuse to actually proceed with the lawsuit. They will tell you that you will get a certain percentage of that already low offer but when you show up to get your check there will be further surprises because they will not honor their own terms. After medical fees are taken out, you will end up with literally peanuts. As if that isn't bad enough, before I signed with this scam law firm I had already started to receive reimbursements from my insurance company for out of pocket expenses. They immediately had the insurance company stop payment on the check and reissue the check to themselves and then they proceeded to take a 33% cut out of a reimbursement check that I had already received and deposited in my account and I got stuck with the stop payment charge from my bank and they just laughed all the way to the bank.
