I knew of this law firm from being active in cycling but while I was in the hospital in an induced coma my husband received multiple recommendations for them. We knew my injuries warranted using a lawyer, I had 15 fractures, a collapsed lung, internally bled losing 2.5-3 liters of blood, I was on a ventilator 6 days, and had four surgical procedures in the hospital. It was a miracle I lived, spent 26 days total in hospitals and lost over two months of work before I could return on a very reduced schedule. Then there was the loss of my bike and gear on top of everything else. We wanted to make sure our losses were covered plus since I will need life long medical attention including potentially more surgeries, we wanted to be able to not worry about those financially. Brad and Kevin came to consult while I was in the rehabilitation hospital and I was immediately struck by their compassion and knowledge. It was lunch time and they kept encouraging me to eat because I needed it to heal. They were always quick to help with questions, I could call on a weekend and get help with something concerning me. Their paralegal is kind, quick, and dedicated to their clients. They handled my case and my husband's bystander case with incredible sensitivity to us.
