We did not know how we would manage, because my husband was hurt and out of work and required surgery. The required surgery was very costly and would require months or maybe a year or more for a full recovery. Mr. King traveled a good distance to be there for meetings with the insurance company and worked closely with us when dealing with the hospital. We needed quite a bit of money to cover medical and living expenses. We received over $100,000 to meet our needs. We are very thankful for The King Law Firm who fought to win a great settlement which covered our medical bills and carried us well through my husbands recovery . SGJ-Brown

Hi, I want to take the time to say thank you to Raymond…read moreKing, who does a fantastic job helping me with legal assistance. He impresses me by always returning text message within a few minutes, and phone calls returned the same day. Raymond is available after hours and during the weekends for any questions or issues. Working through torn ligaments and insurance companies can be a real pain, except for Geico. Emails returned promptly and most times within a few hours where my expectation is two days. Periodically we had face to face meetings at my request for a higher level of communication. Face to face meeting is one of the reasons why I chose someone local. After reviewing some the 800 numbers that wanted you to leave a message, I didn't want to become another number in yet another system. Working with Ray is about having my concerned personally addressed by someone who is familiar with the situation and locale. It is such a relief not to have to verify a phone number or claim number every time I wanted information about my case. For all us that ride, it nice to have someone who understand all the time and money that goes into riding. Ray was able to resolve my case within 2 months. Within the rating system, when the maximum of five stars stand for a good job done, I give Ray seven stars. That is two stars outside the cage and keep the shiny side up.

The Traub Law Office - Andrew Traub

This is a long review of our experience but the summary is: Andrew is by far the best Austin…read morepersonal injury lawyer there is and we couldn't have found a better fit to represent us in our case! Andrew Traub represented us when we were hit at a school while dropping off our kids. My wife was ran over and ended up with severe leg scarring, I injured my jaw, and my son had severe emotional trauma. We spent months interviewing attorneys and decided Andrew Traub was the best injury attorney in Texas for our case. My wife's portion of the case wasn't hard to get max ($350,000) given her injuries; however, my son's emotional trauma was a VERY complex issue given it's not as easy to establish as physical injury. USAA (her insurance) and State Farm (our insurance) repeatedly denied any compensation to him. Andrew, using his expertise, was eventually able to get the pay max ($350,000) on his claim! My jaw injury was a physical injury but, ironically, USAA kept saying it was from my military service. In the end USAA did pay the policy limit ($100,000) for my jaw injury (our under-insurance had already paid out max). But, what I feel is just as important, is the way Andrew treated us. He was always keeping us in the loop and helping coordinate issues and care. He ensured we knew what to expect and rough estimates on time frames. He helped us set up a structured settlement where our son's money would almost double by the time he receives it. He was more than willing to help with the car damage side of the claim- which we had already don't but it would have been great not having to deal with it (we took our time interviewing attorneys given the complexity of the case).

We were quoted a 6 week time frame. See photo for one of many issues we needed help resolving. :( I was hesitant to contact a lawyer, but it got to the point where we felt there was no alternative. I called Andrew and we dove right in to the issue. He asked several questions about the situation and about our HVAC contract and recommended a path forward. Andrew was reassuring, insightful and extremely knowledgable. He gave some great insight into the legalities of contract work and after our conversation I felt very confident that this issue would be resolved quickly. We quickly discussed the email I was instructed to send to the contractor before hanging up. After I emailed the contractor my list of concerns and let him know we had contacted Andrew Traub to pursue legal action, he was very interested in resolving the issues ASAP. Funny how that works, huh? I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone who may be seeking legal assistance.

Yes I did read it but I am not an attorney and didn't know what t's to cross and I'd to dot. Neither did he and now I'm back at square one and out the money to fix his mistakes.

I decided I wanted to meet with him in person eventhough I was given the option to discuss my case over the phone. Not having any experience in how the justice system works, i thought it would be important for Mr Hunsberger to hear my take on the situation, a traffic violation. So not necessary, he knows the system inside and out. He quickly summed up to a tee, how it works, what was going to happen, and that I didn't even have to go to court. He would take care of all that. And boy did he. Two of the charges were dropped and the 3rd one required a fee... and after a small waiting period with no violations, the 3rd charge would never hit my driving record. Everything he said was accurate. His fees are reasonable. Mr Hunsberger is as honest and upright as they get. A good person to represent your interests. btw, I found Mr Hunsberger via Yelp. I felt comfortable with the reviews posted. I especially liked his office location. I didn't have to go downtown. A wise choice.

I sustained a concussion and a huge gash that needed to be stitched up on my wrist and taken by ambulance to a hospital. Seems like a good time to call a lawyer right? I haven't had any experience in a situation like this and when looking up PIA's, the cyclist part got me. Came in and got handled by this attorney, Christine who barely greeted me before going over the preliminary paperwork, gathering info on what happened. She didn't ask me my name until well into filling the stuff out and had the personality of a rock. I told her I didn't know anything about this process and usually that's a cue to break things down so everyone is on the same page. She was as curt as possible and I left the office with a bad taste in my mouth. I get a welcome packet that stated I should contact the firm when I'm going to a doctor appointment so I call in to let them know. I speak to Christine and say who I am. She immediately tells me that "we've looked at your case and we can't help you." Then literally stopped right there. I'm like um.... can I get some sort of explanation? I was willing to overlook the lack of charisma and welcome feelings because I thought she must be a terminator in the courtroom, which would be a good thing, but it boiled down to they either aren't creative enough to prove fault (when a fence falls on me while i'm minding my own business) or I just can't make them enough money to justify those e-mails and phone calls they have to make to collect FORTY PERCENT of the judgement. Heaven forbid you have to have her try and sell a jury. She'll get zero sympathy from them on your behalf and you'll get zero sympathy from her. If you don't want to take the case cause it's not a financial boon then just say so. Meanwhile, it's been over two weeks and I still can't use my right hand, have to see a therapist because of the stress/trauma related flashbacks and can barely work due to the loss of mobility in my wrist. So much for no lingering effects. If you're gonna call an ambulance chaser, find a better vehicle to chase in. ****update**** As Lenore clearly posted in her response we had a conversation yesterday. She reached out and we had a pleasant conversation. Addressed everything in my post and seemed to have an understanding. Then this morning she comes out with this unhinged response. The sexist tone of her response is unappreciated. I never made any sort of comment on gender. This basically proves why I would be better served elsewhere. Instead of looking at a critique of her business and employees, she looks at as a way to attack and be defensive. Good riddance
