After engaging them when I first moved into my newly built home, my newly sodded lawn went from fully green to having several brown patches in the backyard, and some hedges in my front beds died. Though I had unsatisfactory results with the quality of my lawn like some of the one-star reviews, Gecko Green did have some good points. After cancelling all my services except the pest control, I did discover that their weed control treatments were working because many weeds have been emerging in the months since I terminated their service. Also, I continued my pest control service, and Jon Fraley did a thorough job as usual with my first spring treatment. He treated the entire foundation including all ground level weep holes, and he meticulously swept soffits for spider webs and wasp nests. I can recommend Gecko Green for their pest and weed control, but I am glad that I switched to Earth Kind Services in Denton for their organic compost and fertilizers, which greatly improved the health of my lawn after one treatment.

However, for the whole nearly 15mins talking, his only interest was to rush/force me into secure my credit card information over the phone before he emailed me all the necessary info. Also, stating something like If I like him to come out to the house for personal estimate, I need to secure credit card info right now as he needs gas for his tank. What kind of customer service that requires your customer to secure your gas like that! Lost a customer right away. I do not trust rushing/pushing service like this.
