Me and my family have been living in Better Living Subdivision for about four years now, and I've seen a couple of bulalo restaurants fold after trying but failing to grab customers from Sora Bulalo. In one recent visit, there were two sets of foreigners who didn't seem to know each other dining inside Sora's. The waitress told me that a lot of foreigners were regular customers. Locals, too, naturally. Sora's stays open all night and all day because it invites a variety of clients, from guys trying to let the hot bulalo soup work its magic and remove their hangovers, to health nuts who believe that the bone marrow does wondrous things to their bodies.
