The breading on the chicken was very inconsistent. The chicken had a lot of fat. The egg roll was a good flavor but short on filling. The menu on the website is not the same as listed on the side of the truck which had a lot less options.

I found out about Pizza Papi on Facebook around 2023. They first used to be posted up on Military next to Golden Corral. Then they moved in front of the Advanced Auto Parts on Goliad across from the HEB but when Advanced closed down shop ,Pizza Papi moved again, this time in the parking lot of O'Reilly Auto Parts on SE Military between Fairlawn and Pickwell. I got a pizza from here, pepperoni, to go. It was still warm by the time I got home. The crust was perfect and had a good amount of cheese, sauce and toppings and wasn't too thick or thin. It's one of my favorite mom and pop pizza places now that Focaccia Mia has left us.

You can get Aguas Frescas, pollo asada, tenders, Dinorrito, alcoholic drinks, and so much more at the food truck park. I chose Los Weyes de la Asada. I had a Mamon Taco and the mini taco as de asada. The salsa was on POINT! The Mamon taco was my favorite. It was so flavorful and the salsa just put it over the top. The mini tacos were good as well. The meat was tender and hardly any fat. Lots of food trucks to select from, beer, margaritas, aguas frescas, plenty of seating, area for kids to play, and plenty of seating.
