I was with someone and we could not even hear each other talk. We had to get close to each others ears to hear one another due to the music. That is just plain ridiculous and bad business practice. The shoe selection is really not that great and they do not carry all sizes. I wear a women's wide and have yet to find any shoes here for my size. What is offered in women's shoes are not great even if they had my size. No pumps, no pretty sandals, just alot of very high hills. Not everyone can wear hills that high! Will not be coming back to this store unless they change the atmosphere and get a better selection!

It's so cool to watch a seasoned pro perform their craft. Kerry took one look at my seat and new it wasn't right for the job. Took some measurements, got my seat and bars adjusted, accessed a handful of additional quirks that needed some love, and got me out the door the same day. This all made a huge difference in the feel of my ride and the comfort of my body, and I'm stoked to have such a great resource right around the block from my home. Can't wait to put more hours in the saddle. Thanks again for sharing your time and talent Kerry & team! -AW

I told them at the service department that the bike would not shift gears going up, that the shifter only worked right when downshifting. Imagine my surprise when they text me less than three hours later saying my bike is ready. It seemed OK, they asked me to ride it in the parking lot. It was 5:50, and they closed in ten minutes. The bike shifted OK for a couple of cycles up and down. As much as I was happy to get the bicycle back the same day, I was not happy after riding it several time and from gears five thru eight still trouble upshifting. I truly wish they had kept the bike until Tuesday, maybe the bike would shift properly. I did not need to get my bicycle back fast as much as I needed to get my bicycle back FIXED.
