The process for submitting all documents was pretty painless and probably only took me an hour or less. Each member of his team had their part to do for different phases of the refi, and if ever something got confusing he would step right in via email or over the phone if required to provide clarity to me. In the end the process took just over 30 days (it would have been less if my current lender had been more responsive; not Sam's fault), and I'm saving hundreds of dollars a month with very little effort on my part.
