They contacted Morris Engineering to try and expedite the survey to make sure we can close on time for the second time and they were able to turn out a report in less than 48 hours which was incredible. The person managing the survey, whose name escapes me, was extremely polite, honest and best of all understanding of our situation. We catered to their every whim, we over-serviced their account, and all we received back was grief from them. And then when it was finished, they unfairly threatened us with not paying our fee. We successfully rebutted all of their false claims, yet still lost some of our fee to them because we trying to be the "nice guy", and they would never have paid us anyway. Very underhanded strategy. I would never recommend working with them on any level, even as their client. I can only imagine how they treat their customers. They must be very bitter people there. Avoid!

I should have done my research and not went with who the real estate agent knew because the inspector got paid, the attorney got paid, the real estate agent got paid and I'm still at a loss. It's very unsatisfactory work and I know as a first time home buyer my experience was not a good one, it should have been the happiest time of my life. Beware all!

Which is precisely why I continue to do business with them. Steve is always polite and helpful, the rest of the staff seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I flip houses in the area, and they always get my surveys done quickly and accurately. Many survey companies tend to cater to large developers, and don't seem to have time for "the little guys". That doesn't appear to be the case here. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a residential survey, or just questions about their property. (I always have a lot of questions)

I have to sweep up all the salt because they throw so much. He said safety is the number 1 priority. I get that, but there's no hazard and no need to throw salt where it doesn't snow. I thought the point of an HOA is to make it easier, not create more work for me. Also I asked when they would come fix my grass since the salt killed it. He laughed at me and said it's still winter. Marco helped with negotiations after the village's pre-sale inspection came back with requirements that would be found in new construction and were not common when the home was built in 1950.
