"Hi Aaron, I am sorry you felt the pharmacy was unwelcoming!"…read more - Of course I did. "We are more than happy to fill full profile transfers at our pharmacy at anytime everyday! At the encounter you stated you have medications filled at Shelby township and you only wanted one control substance prescription filled at the pharmacy, but wanted to keep everything else in Shelby township aside from the prescription you brought in." - This is absolutely incorrect. I handed you a prescription and said this is my first prescription in the neighborhood after moving there. I had no others to be filled as they were filled before I moved, weeks earlier. You did not ask me about transferring other prescriptions, at all. You asked me where I normally get prescriptions filled and I stated where. You told me I had to go back to "Shelby" to get this filled because you would be questioned, but did not explain why. We never spoke about me transferring other medications to you, or that this was an option to get my first relative prescription filled there. Your entire response is based around a conversation, half of which never took place. Had it taken place, had you not looked for more ways to not help me, than help me, I would have of course considered it. "We must abide by policy and be able to manage all medications and not just controls." I am all about policy. I have been following policy for 20 years on that medication which is why it is prescribed to me. That is not what we are talking about here. We are talking about how you came across in a negative way as a business who did not take the time to understand the needs of a consumer, looking to give you business. We have many choices as consumers of where to take our business. You have every right to stand by your policy, which I completely understand. What I do not agree with is how I felt you did not take time to understand my needs at all and offered me no continued way forward, like I was doing something wrong. Even though you said you did here, which I also do not agree with. I did nothing wrong here, but felt as if I did after encountering you. I'm sorry, that is not something anyone would appreciate, especially during a time when people should be helping each other more. We can agree to disagree, I certainly do.

Visited an online doctor for a prescription and was directed to this pharmacy through the site. The…read moresite provided me with a coupon, indicating that the website and the pharmacy have an agreement- the website sends customers to the pharmacy and the pharmacy honors their coupons. It's called a scam when you show up and the pharmacy says they don't honor the coupon. I understand the health care/coupon system in the U.S. is ridiculous. But, they should sever the agreement with the website, then stop honoring the agreement. Anyway, the website said the prescription would be $20 with coupon, the pharmacy charged the full $420. I'm an electrician, so I was dressed like a construction worker. The woman who owned the business looked at me like I was nothing- totally gross behavior. I was perfectly polite to her. Amazing being looked at like dirt by someone who is scamming you. America in a nutshell. Definitely go elsewhere!!

Small pharmacies are honestly so much better than big box retail giants, no waits in long lines,…read moremeds filled in seconds, and they don't carry garbage generics like "malinkrondot" like other big places do. They are also willing to match goodRX prices if you don't have great insurance and work with you, after some recent pharmacy issues I've been going through the past few days with another big pharmacy chain, this was a breath of fresh air tbh, and made me remember why smaller is better

I received a call from this pharmacy offering to fill my prescription. They expressly informed me…read morethat an RX prescribed by my doctor was "not covered by your insurance" and quoted me a very high supposedly discounted price. I was slightly suspicious, and indicated that I needed to talk to the doctor first. Instead, I called my insurance company who said the medication is in fact covered and all I would need to pay is the usual co-pay, which is much less than HealthPro quoted. (The insurance company also offered that they had no record of any inquiry from HealthPro asking about coverage.). I'm not sure what relationship this pharmacy has with the doctor's office (I certainly did not ask the Dr. to use this pharmacy), but before they called me I had never heard of this pharmacy before in my life. Something smells very fishy here. If you are called by this place, do your due diligence first.
