From the very first time I reached out and received Andy's response I knew I wanted to go ahead with this adventure. And what an adventure it's been. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! Pretty perfect day! I felt beautiful, comfortable and most importantly had so much FUN. I have wonderful memories from this whole experience! I'm sure you're sick of hearing it but THANK YOU! It must be so fulfilling to have a job where you get to make women feel like the best versions of themselves.

I researched different photographers and Andrea caught my eye for 2 reasons: her beautiful, timeless and elegant photos and her dialogue around doing a boudoir photo shoot. She starts with introspective questions about what you want to portray in your photos. She nurtures a healthy body image along the way and makes you feel your best from the inside out. That is truly her magic. The day itself was so special where I got to step out of my normal routine and into the routine of a super model. Andrea and her team had every detail worked out, so I could just relax and go with it. I visited Andrea again to review the photos to choose my favorites. There were too many and I ended up making the book bigger to solve that "problem." The end product is two books (boudoir + fine art) full of beautiful, professional photos. I gifted the book the morning of our wedding day and my now husband was absolutely floored. They now live on his nightstand and we both look at the often. Thank you, Andrea! When can we do it again?!?!

For the past 5 years, I've completely dedicated myself to my children and family. It's become a large part of my identity and I needed a reminder that "mommy" isn't the only title that defines me. I wanted to reclaim the strong, sexy, and stunning part of myself and Natalia made it possible for me to do that. I booked a session with her for my birthday this past October and the experience exceeded my expectations. She was very professional, scheduling a consultation before we even set a date to answer all my questions, go over details, and to set expectations. Leading up to our shoot, we shared a Pinterest inspiration board. I had outside-of-the-box boudoir ideas and Natalia was extremely receptive to capturing something beyond the ordinary. When the day arrived, I got to spend a few hours playing the ultimate dress-up and indulging the fantasy-nerd in me. I felt confident, empowered, glamorous, and alive! Natalia was warm and vibrant; made me feel like I was hanging out with my best friend. As a woman and a mother, herself, she really understood my feelings and helped me bring out the best in myself. While the shoot took place during the flatter part of the COVID curve, she took all safety precautions and I felt very safe during our session. Several weeks later, I got a beautiful album and series of photos that truly reflect my inner goddess! Definitely one of the best investments that I've ever made. Natalia allowed me to have a wonderful experience and exquisite keepsakes that I can admire for a lifetime. This was truly a gift and worth every single penny!

Christina showed great understanding of the types of photos I wanted based on my inspirations, and upon my request, she used her great creativity to create some new backdrops and poses that she had never done before. After the photo shoot was over, I was inspired to do one additional look outside, and Christina was extremely flexible in accommodating the request. I learned about Lolo through Daily Candy. I had recently been looking for a way to mark the moment…read morewhere I currently am in my life - a time of tremendous transition and soul searching. (The last time I felt a need to do something similar, I got a tattoo). However, this time I wanted to celebrate the moment in an entirely different way. At first I thought, boudoir photos? Hmmm....a little tacky, full of boa feathers and cheesy poses, right? But the Daily Candy blurb was compelling enough for me to look at Lolo's website and I liked what I found. As another reviewer has written: sensual, timeless, natural, coquettish and most importantly, classy while revealing the true essence of the subject (or so it seemed). I knew instantly that this was what I wanted, and arranged an initial consultation to explore the idea further. As soon as I met Lolo and saw her studio, I knew I would follow through. She has lots of fun settings and props and costumes. And you can shoot in her studio or in her barn (yes, imagine me, being photographed in a barn!) However, I was like a little girl playing dress up, and it was such fun! And you can even bring your own items from home....from jewelry to lingerie to your favorite dresses and shoes.....as much or as little as you want. I have a vintage 60's ballgown (think Breakfast at Tiffany's) which I have always wanted to be photographed in, in really fun, whimsical poses. As you can probably imagine, my shoot was an absolute blast (albeit a tad cold in the barn). And I loved the champagne, chocolates and ginger biscuits that helped sustain me throughout the 5 hour shoot. :-) Lolo is a great photographer to work with and I can't wait to see my pics! Update 3/8/07: I absolutely LOVE my photos. They turned out even better than I could possibly imagine. Lolo is an exquisite photographer, and captured me in my many moods. Seriously, if I wasn't already me I would probably fall in love with myself based on these photos alone....my vanity alone is going to go through the roof. My poor friends and what they will have to endure from me......
