Instead of implying that it has to do with the client not being able to pay there bill when they call out your incompetence. I had the same awful experience as Tina N..Just Horrible..Arrogant, Condescending..a Hot mess..They were sooooo unprofessional with me and treated me very rudely... Even if a person is in the wrong there is a way you should treat people..the whole dirt underneath my feet attitude you all project is not a good look...Its Just not workin....sorry..Not sorry.. =D To this day I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. I had to pay extra every time I wanted something customized, but thought it would be worth it in the end if it produced more business. They also talked me into spending more each month for SEO optimization so that my website could be found more easily on Google searches. I have spent over $10,000 on their site and services and the site is not findable on Google anywhere, no matter what you search. It has produced absolutely no business for me at all over the past two years I have been with them. I tried to cancel by sending them an e-mail and they kept e-mailing me and calling and leaving voicemail messages and saying they needed to talk to me in order to cancel. They also kept trying to charge my card, but thankfully I have blocked them from receiving any more payments. Now they are trying to say I owe them $277 for the month of September, even though I have not gotten any results or service from them for the entirety I signed up for SEO, which is over a year. My next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB against them and possibly even the FTC as this is crazy that they want more money for the zero service they have been providing! I can create a website through my CRM and pay nothing for it, just so that I can have a website that doesn't produce any leads! Save your money!

This review is WAY overdue!…read more Prior to hiring Chris in 2014, I tried to "DIY" my website and truth be told, the end product was absolutely horrible. Not to mention, it was difficult for me to update on a regular basis so my site was never reflective of my current offerings, didn't reflect my brand and wasn't functional. I'm a fitness guy, not a web guy, so hiring Website in 5 Days has literally been one of the best decisions I've made. Here's a few things I LOVE about this company: -I write 1-2 articles and shoot video blogs on a weekly basis and their team uploads it for me. I have a consistent point of contact and I'm one email away from getting my stuff updated. -When we run specials, I'm able to shoot over the details and their team makes the changes. It's absolutely seamless and they are ALWAYS quick to reply and update the site. -Chris promised a complete website revision every two years and he followed thru on that 100%. As my business has changed and I've become more clear on who my ideal client is, their team helped completely redo the site to reflect my updated brand. For Facebook marketing, I've used two highly rated companies and fired them within the first 2 months because their customer service was so horrible. Well, with the package I have here, they are now running my Facebook ads, as well as managing my clickfunnel landing pages, and creating opt-in forms that are woven right into my email service. ALL INCLUDED IN WHAT I'VE BEEN PAYING. HOW COOL!!!! Chirs over delivers like very few professionals do. Just this week he Coached me thru negotiating an additional marketing leg thru Yelp. HIRE THESE GUYS and you'll be happy! They do way more than "design a website." They know business as a whole and are always up to date on the market and the changes to the business world as a whole. I'm so stoked to have these guys on my team!! Thanks Chris!!
