The engine itself only cost $2,500-$3000, so this company was attempting to charge me $10,000+ in labor and taxes. I have the estimate as proof! I am very well educated in automotive repair and it does not cost $13k to replace an engine on a vehicle with a 3.6 engine. The normal price range is $4k-$5500. I'm not sure if this was racially motivated but I will never visit this company or refer anyone to this company! Sheisters!!! I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff at the shop is also all very friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone with any car issues. The price I paid was amazing and I'm a super happy customer.
