In fact, he did more than we agreed to at no extra charge. It is hard to find tradesmen who do what they say they will do and WHEN they say they will do it! I hired VIP Painting to repaint and recaulk the exterior trim and windows on the house. The siding…read morewas good (it was painted in the factory and should last 20 years), but the original wood trim wasn't. Most of it had started to peel a few years after it was repainted. Now I needed a painter who could repaint and recaulk everything.... without accidentally changing the color of the siding. Enter VIP painting. They came in and pressure washed the house, and hand scraped and prepped everything. They were so detailed oriented that not only did they make sure I knew exactly what material they used (all very high quality) but checked in on color and gloss. In fact, they also repainted the doors, metal handrails on the front door and the restained and resealed the doorstep. The house looks great and is ready to weather the elements for several more years. I can't recommend VIP Painting enough and am already telling my co-workers to hire them.
