From Chris's first site-visit that included clipboard notations and photos I was impressed. The entire process was so well managed with timely notification of the project start, the multiple subcontractor visits, and handling of permitting and city inspections. The quality of the work was first rate, and any difficulties in the project were pointed out in advance to allow for the proper solution, and without additional cost. Chris used multiple subcontractors for all specialty work that included electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, plastering, and floor/wall tile. Ergo, the finished product was pure quality. By the time all my questions were answered, I knew he would do an awesome job. The kicker to all of this, is out of the four different quotes I received, he was the lowest by a good margin.
