I've been here three times and each time feels like a frenzy. I see people coming in for all sorts of things. The place is packed with inventory, variations of tried items, teas to snacks, and medicinal herbs (not marijuana). It smells of it too! Not stink, but definitely smells of the products they sell. It doesn't bother me, but I can understand how it might bother someone who has never been in a shop like this. On this day, visitors were buying dried candied ginger, dried lemon, and I bought seedless dried li hing mui. It was a request from family in Hawaii who claim that this spot has the best li hing mui...better than the products they get in Hawaii's ginseng and crack seed stores. The service is pretty great, the staff will get you what you need and point it out to you or even pack you new bags of product if they don't have any bags out on the floor. If you have the chance to purchase in bulk, do so! Because it's cheaper and the staff will tell you too! I could probably spend hours in here just looking at everything they have to offer but it's tight. With the amount of people coming in and how small the aisles are, it gets pretty crowded. Parking is always plentiful.

She told me $18 for the herbs I wanted was too expensive, yet one bottle of the pills cost $40. How does that make sense? I stood off to the side to decide then she came up and asked, "You want it or not? Other people need it. That's my last one," and appeared ready to snatch the product out of my hand. The interaction felt incredibly rude and pushy, especially when there were clearly boxes of these bottles around. My friend also had a consultation and was barely examined before being passed off to another person. I also noticed these bottles being recommended to customers left and right, making the consultations feel more like sales pitches than genuine advice. My issue isn't with traditional Chinese medicine, but with the lack of professionalism and pressure to buy products we never asked for. If you're just grabbing something you already know you need, this place may be fine. Personally, I wouldn't return for a consultation or get persuaded for other things.

They no longer stocked the product that we had previously purchased, so we started off unsure as to how to proceed, our needs had not changed, but he availability of products had. We spoke to extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who quickly understood our needs and translated them into practical advice and product guidance which resulted in us purchasing drops rather than gummies. Unfortunately I failed to get the gentleman's name who answered our questions and provided great advice he didn't sell us anything, help helped us buy what we needed to replace the gummies that had been our previous go to. Having dealt successfully with that need, a lady called Tal stepped in and spent considerable time and effort telling my wife about the store's CbGaRDN skincare products. It was my wife's birthday and she was particularly interested in non-invasive ways of dealing with fine lines and the odd wrinkle or two. Tal started be applying one of the store's products to my wife's under eye area on one side of her face. I am not being incentivized to report this but in a matter of under two minutes there was a visible and appreciable difference between the skin appearance under her eyes, the serum used really did make a difference. I have never previously believed the ads for products that can do this, now I have no choice but to accept that this product really is tranformative. Having been hugely impressed with this product, my wife was very interested in other products from this range. Tal used her knowledge and expertise to good effect, she explained that the products were natural and made from organic ingredients. She them applied a different product to my wife's neck area, and to the area around her mouth and cheeks. It was massed in with what I can only describe as a wand that used light and heat to activate them ingredients. My wife was delighted with the results and the moisturizer applied to one wrist but not the other and the difference in feel of the skin was remarkable. The products are to be used in varying frequencies and the amount provided can last and be effective for up to three years. The wand has a lifetime replacement warranty. I should say that the products are quite costly, but they work. My wife was absolutely delighted with the results after using them only once and the fact that they are natural and long lasting mitigates the expense. You can easily spend a lot on products that do not work, so against that reality, products that actually deliver results are good value. I would encourage people to stop by the location and speak to Tal and her colleague, and to find out more about the products that they carry at this location. I have actually shared my real name in this posting because I wanted people to read it and to be confident that it is an authentic objective review. It is, my wife volunteered me to write a review and I am doing so without any incentive provided, it is completely true. I have only one slight niggle, I was charged a 3% "convenience fee" without knowing about it at the time. The fee showed on my receipt when I looked at it. If I had been told about it, I would have paid on my debit card and avoided the charge. Go see Tal and her colleague, you won't regret stopping by they are very nice people and determined to help with your needs.

It left me scratching my head, as I did not remember it being where Yelp and Google said it's located. I thought maybe they moved but nope. I didn't realize Yelp had the wrong address the first time, as i happened to just stumble on it after going to Nakata Market. I let the owner know and he said he's been trying to get Yelp to correct it for years. Crying shame, as I wonder how many people tried to shop here and gave up after going to the wrong address. Please fix it, as it's a great store with the kindest owner.

I showed him the Blink phone number for pharmacies and he was able to call and correct the issue in short time. Thankfully the pharmacist sorted it out in a few minutes so I didn't have to go wait in a long line elsewhere. While I waited, a couple other customers came in and picked up their prescriptions - they both seemed to know the pharmacist. I got my prescriptions filled quickly, much faster than the big stores normally get it done. Even with the little problem at first, it was still quicker than waiting in line at a big store. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful. He also gave me a pretty 2020 calendar and pens. Hardly anyone gives out calendars anymore and I must say this was a nice little surprise. I'm sure younger folks won't appreciate that but I do. Even though scheduling is digital these days, a physical calendar next to my desk is easier to glance at for reference, especially when I'm on the phone. Haha I will be back to this pharmacy.

This company is the worse. It is beyond a fucking scam...my husband ordered this stuff (had it been me, I would have asked a million questions at time of ordering and wound up not ordering shit)...the 14-day period is 14 calendar days (DAY ONE IS THE DAY YOU ORDER), so don't think you can call back 2 weeks as of your order date to cancel, they will still charge you, because that's the 15th day...also, "free trial" is NOT FREE...you pay shipping and handling, which is transparent enough...BUT if you do not call and cancel and/or return the product (at your own expense) within THIRTEEN DAYS, you will be charged about $88/89 for the pills (testosterone workout pills)...blah blah...yes if a person ordering is EXTRA PRUDENT, they may have been able to figure this out...however, a reasonably prudent person/consumer would not have known to ask each and every one of these questions...everyone is getting charged much more than they think....ALSO, I called twice...both times, the customer service reps REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor- they only kept repeating their answers (I am not a fucking moron; I am in law school, so I understand both what you're saying and what you're doing)...Regardless, there are law suits pending already against this company...use your search engine and you will see-- these advertisement practices are exceptionally deceptive...this business does NOT deserve any more consumers giving it money. I signed up for the 14 day trial a few months back. I started to see results after a while of using the product, after reading the terms and conditions I realized the pricing was 84.63. I did wish to continue using this product but could not afford this on my budget.
