She handled a difficult situation with an upset customer in such a professional and patient manner. The customer was being unfair and trying to pressure her into a situation where they were clearly in the wrong, yet she remained calm, respectful, and composed the entire time. That level of professionalism really stood out to me. Honestly, I don't even live close to this location -- I drive about 20 minutes just to shop there because the food selection is excellent, especially for my lifestyle and dietary preferences. He stated that my wife was a lier because we had a coupon for "15 dollars off" and we lost it but had a picture of it. He accused my wife of having a fake one. I went in the car and found it and he wouldn't even apologize for making comments calling her names such as a lier and a scam artist. We own multiple businesses in the area and I personally manage three of the largest casinos in Las Vegas.
