We sent you a text message." I told her that I never received a message. Her response was, "Did you check your spam folder?" How am I supposed to know that my appointment has been canceled if the only notification is a text message that I never received? If a business is canceling an appointment, especially one that was scheduled in advance, I would expect clear communication. A phone call would have been the appropriate way to make sure I was actually notified. Instead, I drove to my appointment only to find out after arriving that it had been canceled. The front desk representative also did not make any real effort to resolve the situation. I was left feeling like my time did not matter. Very poor customer service and communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at LaserAway Novato and would warn other customers to confirm their appointments ahead of time, because apparently a cancellation text that may end up in your spam folder is considered sufficient communication.

The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics.
