They have all the props and tools you need, including mats already laid out! I really love how their focus is making yoga available to the community as all of their classes are donation-based. I also thought it was really neat how they put an emphasis on their environmental impact by offering things like secondhand clothing and compostable paper towels. I took a gentle yoga class on a Sunday morning, and it was wonderful. Just what I needed after a day of travel. The class was very full, I think she said around 40 people had signed up. While I do prefer a smaller class size, I was luckily able to find a mat on the edge and still really enjoyed the class. I wish we had a studio like this in the Columbus area!

She has a deep knowledge of Chinese medicine, and her technique is confident and gentle. I've seen her for low-back pain, depression, and even nightmares / poor sleep. I've had treatments from many acupuncturists, and I recommend her highly. I think her real skill is her ability to "ask" my body through reflexive contact how it would best be treated. This is unique in my experience. It's almost like she is able to hear a subtle language coming from my body. How she perceives energy and its blockages is similar to how a massage therapist might easily perceive the sources of muscle tension. I always feel like I'm getting a treatment that is completely custom to me. I feel like she meets me and creates a healing space, and in my experience that's the most important thing an acupuncturist or healer of any kind can do.
