The doctors-in-training were nice. Liked the acupuncture. However the front staff is ignorant,…read moreunprofessional and rude. I called with extremely high blood pressure twice. Never got a call back. Finally reached them, and they claimed they called, and that I had missed the appointment. I said that perhaps they dialed the wrong # and I would not have missed anything as I was very concerned. Admission, I did get pissed. I was with my Mom at a PT rehab facility who took my BP and they sent me immediately to the ER. Subsequently, ETSU "discharged" me as a patient. They said that I was rude, and that they discharged me based on what the front girl said happened, that care starts with the front office staff. A TEENAGER. DO NOT GO HERE. SERIOUSLY

Head injury? Go elsewhere…read more 3 months after admission to ETSU Family Medicine Associates and I'm still experiencing symptoms. Do they seem to care? Absolutely not! I've called, left messages, requested callbacks, referrals, etc and they've gone completely silent. Rather than admitting the case was too big for their britches, they'd rather continue to string me along prescribing various medications which have exacerbated the symptoms. Their attempt at ETSU making a referral was to a neurologist who, and here's the kicker, doesn't handle head trauma cases! If you're going to give this group a chance, make sure your medical malpractice/negligence lawyer is on speed dial.

My husband and I just moved to the Tri Cities area in November, after he [husband] retired from 21…read moreyears active duty in the Air Force. He has had a ton of medical issues, one main one being his back. In the military they treated the pain, not the cause. He was at a point that he couldn't stand, sit, walk, etc., without pain. He wasn't able to do anything. I have grown up utilizing chiropractic care, but it's been about 7-10 years since I was able to go. I had been seeking out pain management for us, because that's all we thought we could do. Whilst looking for a doctor, I reached out online asking local folks. I had heard about Jones Chiro but didnt think we would qualify based on our insurance, or that it would work. I thought we were too far gone for chiropractic care to do anything. Well, Jones Chiro themselves, reached out to me via FB. They were willing to cover the cost if our insurance denied us. So I thought, what the heck, we'll try. My husband was extremely skeptical. We are early 40's but felt like we were 60. We went, got to get our new patient work up, including an appt with an RN. It was a great start! The nurse practitioner even brought up some medicine interactions that may be causing some issues for myself. 3-4 docs over the years have prescribed these same meds, and no one said a word! That is a huge thing, and glad to now be working with one of the NP's who is willing to research, for a better combo of meds. After 3 weeks, 6 sessions, 2 medical massages later....WOAH! My husband went from hardly able to walk, sit, tie shoes, bend over, to walking 10 miles on average a day!!!!!! He got a new job post military retirement, that he started a week after going to Jones Chiropractic. He is an entirely NEW PERSON!! He can walk, bend, lift, etc!! There is no way he could have done this job before getting adjustments. My shoulder/neck is so much better, as is my low back. Ive not had a migraine in 3 weeks, and I usually go through 5-9 RX migraine pills a month!!!! I feel so much better myself and my entire body feels better! I never thought we could go to a Chiropractor, much less feel so much better! Every single person that works there are beyond nice! We feel like family when we walk in!! We are so blessed to have found this amazing Chiropractic care, that is really so much more than just cracking a back. You all are a blessing to so many in this community! Thank you for giving us back our freedom from pain!

Jones Chiropractic folks are THE BEST. This is the fourth chiropractic clinic I have tried in…read moreJohnson City. I saw Dr Scott Caarruthers and got significant relief on my first visit, unlike the snails pace of progress at the others, or worse, being pressed to get an adjustmet 3 x a week as a general rule. Dr Scott Caarruthers is an excellent practitioner, schedules visits as needed. Also had a massage there--couldn't be more pleased!
