I'd gone with my daughter who had the opposite experience. There were a lot of distractions, phones ringing, the masseuse was in and out of the room, etc. There's no consistency. It's simply luck of the draw, whoever happens to show up for work that day is who you end up with. I'll pay a bit more and get a consistently professional experience from here on out.
