During the start and the course of the massage, it was also unclear what was expected in terms of clothing since we chose a foot reflexology which also included some body massage. Typically this is a clothes on massage at other places and it seemed to be the same case here based on the initial conversation. But later we were told you need to undress for the full benefit of the massage, i.e. it was no longer optional. Which, after the massage, was clear why but it wasn't what I was told/expecting going in. There was a little "tucking/folding" of the under garments to massage your lower back but without warning, lol. Again, the after effect of the massage was great so I'd suggest keeping an open mind if you decide to come here! I climb a lot of ladders, and for the first time in several years I now have enough flexibility in my right hip to let me climb and descend symmetrically instead of like a gimp. I do appreciate the touches of tea kettles and tea in the lounge area that are complimentary. They also have snacks and other things if you are there longer.
