I always try to call beforehand, but the call wouldn't go through and I came anyway. I've called more than once to confirm that my stylist was there, was told she WASN'T, only to find out that she WAS when we talked later. I don't mumble. If I had to guess, I'd say workers are trying to keep business from a popular stylist, and they hope that if I drive 20 minutes for a stylist that's not working, that I'll stay and let one of them cut my hair anyway. I did that ONCE...never again. Anyway, that's my most recent upset with this location. Nothing new. Been happening for two years. Majorly aggravating to get the runaround and to burn fuel for nothing. Good customer service is hard to find. What a world...

During my first visit, the staff treated my son as though there was something wrong with him. The looks we received were uncomfortable, and the customer service was poor. We were told that the details of his haircut would be saved on his account for future visits. On our second visit, we experienced the same type of treatment. The staff, particularly some of the older women, made us feel unwelcome and judged. My third and final visit was the worst. One employee initially acted as though she would be assisting my son, then told us someone would be with us shortly. Instead, she clocked out and left. The stylist who eventually cut my son's hair gave him an extremely short haircut that was nothing like what we expected. When I expressed my concern, I was told the haircut was based on the instructions saved in his file. There is no way the notes on his account instructed anyone to cut his hair that short. After giving this location three chances, I will not be returning. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and overall treatment we received were unacceptable. I can't speak to anyone's intentions, but our experience suggested a level of bias that was impossible to ignore.

She greeted me with a smile on her face and was super friendly the entire time. She got to know me and answered any questions I had. She was super thorough and got my in grown hairs out with very little discomfort. She gave me some tips I could use to better my future wax experiences. The wax was $65, which seems pricey but, if you go back for a touch up between 4-6 weeks then they'll only charge you $30. $30 for a Brazilian (a GOOD Brazilian) is unheard of. So, they've definitely got loyal client in me!
