She entertained me greatly throughout the process and time flew by. The colour came out not exactly how I wanted- it came out even better. I'm never happy with any hair salon I go to because they always mess it up but I was ecstatic after I saw my hair because of how perfect it was done by Stephanie. Would 100% come back again Ps: balayage is usually extremely overpriced at other places but Koi Hair Studio charged me an amazingly reasonable price (wayy less than 200). This place is definitely a must try

Being in the industrial city of Brampton, I did not imagine a highly qualified salon as such a few blocks away from where I was doing business. I read a few reviews on Yelp and gave a call. I let them know I am from out of town, very particular with my hair, and looking to perfect my graduates bob. The lovely front desk lady let me know Jade is the stylist or me and booked me in. Well, my experience was great and I will be sure to get more cuts as I visit Brampton for work. Thank you Jade for the fab cut, great attitude, and wholesome and great customer service! I will see you in November. Two more points: 1) very reasonable price for a precise cut 2) owner was in the salon, greeting customers, also a sweet lady.

She seemed to understand then she proceeded to turn me away from the mirror and cut my hair. When she was done the style was completely different from what I had asked for, the length was about four inches too short and the right and left sides didn't match each other at all. She and the cashier working in the store insisted it looked great so I paid and left then contacted customer service. Well the representative I talked to was more interested in lecturing me than trying to resolve anything. He said he tried to call the store but could never get ahold of the manager or owner but he would keep trying and call me back. I never heard from him or anyone else with the company again. I had to go to another salon to have them fix my hair but still no refund, resolution or even an APOLOGY from Trade Secrets.
