Every other time that I have had a pedicure, it was at one of those malls places with the Korean men/woman who do not speak english and it is always a little uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong, I like to read a 6 week old Cosmo as much as the next girl but there is something to be said for sitting in a chair for over an hour and having someone to talk to. The woman (which for the life of me, I cannot remember her name) had most of the same interests that I do (working on cars, etc.) and we slipped into an easy conversation. I even had a new issue of Cottage Living if she left the room!! I did not see them clean the foot bath, which was a little bit of a disappointment. And in hind sight, I should have asked them to clean it in front of me. The pedicure itself last for about an hour and a half, including a foot massage, several gooey things applied and washed off, a foot mask (wow), and super tasty smelling lotion applied to my feet. I wish that my feet would have dried a little faster as they were a little slippery when I left. Otherwise, the pedicure itself was a fine experience. As for Skin Solutions as a business, I do appreciate their weekly emails with available appointments and info for monthly specials. I also received a certificate for a free massage/facial, which I did not get to use before it expired, but it was nice to receive. They also had a contest not so long ago that you were able to enter a friend/coworker/etc. into and they would win something. I entered a coworker and she received a certificate for a free massage/facial as well!! Over all, I would recommend Skin Solutions for their environment, very down to earth staff and freebies!!

This is a perfect place for someone looking for relief from chronic pain.

I have never experienced such poor management in my life. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. I leave multiple messages & after about 5 voicemails I will receive a call back or they happen to answer. I was told by one of their reps when I finally reached someone to complain that they wouldn't have answered my call but had recognized my number as I had called complaining before. I have a complaint into the better business bureau of MA & they won't even return their calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been MONTHS of arguing and trying to reach someone here to speak to. I was told multiple times after countless attempts the owner (Carol) would call me back & I have yet heard from them. Please keep in mind this has been going on since I started visiting them in Jan 2019 and has nothing to do with the lack of response time due to COVID-19. The most painful waxing I have ever had done. Not just a Brazilian but the legs as well. I left with bumps and burns, within an hour I had bruises around the follicles and blisters from the wax.
