The studio is stunning--modern, spotless, clean and thoughtfully designed to promote total relaxation. The staff was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I immediately felt at ease. There are several private rooms as you go down the hall. The rooms are a good size, complete with four towels, dimmed lights, TV (with Netflix and another movie channel), and of course the sauna. It's already on so you don't have to wait for it to heat up. The person working the front gives you a quick overview on how to adjust the temperature, change the light settings and use the TV. I have to say one of the best parts is the ice-cold eucalyptus face towel...lovely!! I booked the 40-minute session and was amazed at how deeply relaxing it was. Afterwards came the snow shower. Let me just say--it's not quite comfortable but pushing through that icy blast was exhilarating and I came out feeling completely recharged. The pricing is extremely reasonable for the luxury and value you receive. Perspire Sauna Studio is a must! Highly, highly recommend!!

Alan and Matthew gave some great suggestions and physical therapy for my friend with hip problems…read more My friend was in a lot of pain and was getting the royal runaround with others. Alan and Matthew evaluated Dennis well and gave suggestions to other surgeons for hip surgery. We contacted one of the surgeons, who is the first to agree with an operation. Up until then, we were not getting anywhere with the needed surgery to relieve my friend's pain. The physical therapy that was given to him was amazing. I do not know whether it was the cause of my friend's progress. But two weeks after commencing, he was able to take a few steps with the walker. He has not been able to do that after 4 months of other therapy. He is scheduled for operation. He will also get a referral to return to this wonderful and life-saving facility with its compassionate therapists. I watched some of the workouts and could see the purpose (although limited for the degenerated hips and limited mobility that has been progressively getting worse over years!). The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. There are many holistic beverages, and other items that promote health and comfort. I was visiting for the first time to float for 60 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to have a complimentary locker, robe, and sandals to change into. I was taken on a tour around the facility, which is larger than it seems. There are several forms of treatments available that promote wellness in several different rooms. My float started with a 15 minute full body chair massage in a quiet room filled with calm music and dimmed lights. It was very relaxing. Then I was escorted to the float room. I followed the instructions to use the ear protection, preventing salt water from sitting in my ear canals, and it worked well. I took a pre-float head to toe shower in the room as instructed as well. I was provided a blue floating head rest and began my float in the warm water. There was an option to float with or without sound or lights. I opted for no light, and played music. It took some getting used to relax and float in pure darkness. It was definitely worth experiencing. I took a post float shower in the room and was greeted by a staff member in the sitting room. Complimentary tea was prepared while I sat in my robe and relaxed. I will definitely be back to try the red light therapy and sauna.
