Alan and Matthew evaluated Dennis well and gave suggestions to other surgeons for hip surgery. We contacted one of the surgeons, who is the first to agree with an operation. Up until then, we were not getting anywhere with the needed surgery to relieve my friend's pain. The physical therapy that was given to him was amazing. I do not know whether it was the cause of my friend's progress. But two weeks after commencing, he was able to take a few steps with the walker. He has not been able to do that after 4 months of other therapy. He is scheduled for operation. He will also get a referral to return to this wonderful and life-saving facility with its compassionate therapists. I watched some of the workouts and could see the purpose (although limited for the degenerated hips and limited mobility that has been progressively getting worse over years!). I've been seeing Dr Custard since he came to town and opened up his business several years ago! My first physical therapy appointment with him was when I had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery, and he did physical therapy on my wrist. I have scoliosis and he has done adjustments on me to the point that I very seldom have discomfort. I have agonizing headaches and when they come on during the day, Dr Custard is the first person that I call. Typically they can get me in right away. He can do an adjustment then they do massage therapy and lay me on this amazing rolling bed and I leave their feeling so much better and the headache is gone. My only complaint if there is one is that he's not open in the middle of the night; when I get off from the hospital, my headache may come on and the office is closed. But they did show me how to use a tens unit and where to place the pads typically, I'll use the tens unit and wake up the next morning headache free.

On 5/13/22 Dr referred me again for neck xrays and mri. Aspire billed Ambetter claim still processing for neck xray. Scheduled MRI and was told out of network. I would need to pay $139.00 for MRI. Asked several times what eff date did aspire become out of network? I probably will get stuck paying for neck xray Allso. I pd my ded in 2/22. I should have 100% coverage and I don't. How do I find out date of out of network. Ins Co told me it was aspire who decided not to be in network for Ambetter by Superior healthplan. Do not know who to believe and can't get a response from Aspire. Makes it hard to fille med hardship if I don't know if I owe.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough, and it's well worth the 40 minute drive (as opposed to driving one mile to another clinic). When I had SI joint dysfunction, I received a thorough exam where they diagnosed me in one visite, and gave exercises that worked like magic. I was back to running in a week. I came again last Thursday for PT to retrain my left side, and the PT explained the causes of my kinetic chain issues, gave me stretches and I'm already seeing a positive difference. This is one of the best PT clinics to go to.
