Every single staff member is incredible. When have you ever been to a business where you can confidently say that? I've been personally treated by Dr. Keyes, Dr. Denise, and Dr. Andrew. They're all incredible chiropractors. I see Dr. Andrew most regularly and he's always so good about listening to me and encouraging me to listen to my body. Even on days where the office is so busy, he gives me his full undivided attention and never makes me feel rushed out of the treatment room. I've also been treated by Crystal, Nick & Jordan. Jordan does a great job of educating everyone in the gym area, giving you homework, and adapting daily to what your body needs. Crystal & Nick have both done Regen for me & they're awesome as well. However, I stated to him before the procedure (twice )! already have X-rays and MRI images of my back. I made this aware before my injections. There was no need for the injections. The images I already obtained would have shown surgery could be needed. I asked him to look at the imaging which is why l asked for a second consultation. ****He should have told me this before my injections, not after!**** I feel like I just put a $3000 Band-Aid on my L4 L5 vertebrae. Least they could do is give a refund. Photo attached are my Xray images he deemed unnecessary to look at and his images he showed me as soon as I woke up from being under. This was a scam. This is a small, stand alone, physical therapy office. They are not tied to a particular Ortho practice, they earn their business based on service. Allison is my therapist and I can't say enough good things about her. She's very knowledgeable, caring and will treat you like you're her family member. She's very easy to be around, and has a genuine concern for your well-being and good health. Jason, the owner is also a PT, and while I only work with Allison, the environment is such that I hear the same care and concern he has for his patients. The atmosphere is easy-going and friendly, the entire office will know you by name on your second visit. If you're looking for PT, give them a try. I found LeBon Chiropractic and I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Steck and Melanie (and the activator gun). They are both so nice and truly care about you as a patient and, with the activator gun, the pressure is only applied to the area that needs it. Sometimes one single vertebrae. (No more twisting and putting pressure on my entire body to adjust a few vertebrae.) My cervical spine causes me a lot of problems and some days I wake up unable to turn my head to the side.
