I had a bad experience with my last hairdresser whom I had…read morebeen seeing for over 5 yrs. I stayed way to long pass the time I should of. I have major hair anxiety that keeps me with the same person even when I should move on. So finding another hairdresser is very stressful for me. I lost my hair in Jan 2021. 5 months later it's only 2.5 inches long. So needless to say I don't have room for mess ups. I found Daniele by a recommendation on a Facebook page and texted her some questions about fixing my bad dye job (was done professionally) She was so sweet and suggested we highlight my hair. Something my long term hairdresser said was impossible and/or would turn out spotty like a leopard. Those were her exact words. So I was scared but couldn't live with this horrible look any longer I was honestly getting depressed and was embarrassed to go out. So I went to Daniele. She was sooooo good! Did a PERFECT highlight job! On 2.5 inches of hair!!!! I could see it took more effort but she did it without complaining or making me feel bad in any way. I'm so happy I did this. Feels so good to look in the mirror and like what you see. With 2.5 inches of hair I'm stuck with styling options but my color can be fun and attractive. Daniele is awesome if she can color my hair perfectly I'd say give her a call/text and a try!

Save yourself and do not go to this salon!…read more I was in contact with David on November 18, 2024. David was sent a photo of my desired look and my current color. I made an appointment for November 19, 2024 and showed David additional photos on my phone of my desired look. At first I thought everything was going OK but after the highlights that he put in I was a little concerned that the lower half of my hair was much darker than the highlights he had placed at the crown. but considering he was the owner of the salon I put my trust in him and decided to see how everything would turn out. David then put toner onto my hair which initially looked light which made me feel that everything was OK but then the toner turned a dark, dark color... almost black. And all of the highlights that he had just placed in became horrible. On top of this I had stained dye all over my face and at no point did he use conditioner while rinsing /washing my hair and it became full of knots and as they combed it my hair was just coming out in handfuls. I literally could not take anymore and got out of my chair before any more of my hair was pulled out. I then went up to pay my bill although I was absolutely full of tears and upset. He then had no problem telling me that it would be $250 even though he knew I was upset and did not like what he had done. He gave me a small discount and I left as soon as I possibly could. Again, fully crying. I initially had blonde highlights in my hair and all I wanted was the crown touched up with new highlights and some low lights added in as a medium to golden brown. My hair is now a dark, dark blackish brown ash color. The color of my roots which I wanted to go away and at no point did I ever think he would make my hair look as bad as it does. I am at a complete loss of what to do. David absolutely ruined my hair and at no point did he offer to correct the situation.

Immediately I was so glad I came to this Salon. Ramon, the owner with decades of experience, was both gracious and engaging, and made me feel at home with his fun sense of humor. Ramon's coloring and styling were picture perfect -- exactly the look I hoped for! I could make the appt online, received a confirmation text - easy peasy!! I didn't have high hopes as I have driven by this place a million times but did not know how AWESOME these salon suites were actually going to be. I was so excited to get an appointment, I changed it to the very next day. When I arrived, the entrance was so pretty - lots of salons inside, so I walked through searching for suite #13. I saw someone getting their haircut, so I waited outside. When it was my appt time I popped my head in and let them know I was waiting patiently. Then Arlo called me in. We had an awesome introduction and consultation. I liked Arlo immediately and could tell he is a great stylist by the person that left before me. Anyway, to make a long story longer - I couldn't be happier with my new haircut and new FOREVER stylist Arlo! He is nice, experienced in cuts, colors and some barbering - I have short hair and can't wait to see what cool styles I try out. Great prices, easy booking, northeast Mesa area, but worth the drive if you're looking for someone fantastic to do your hair. A really nice and clean salon and have a great shampoo! Thanks Arlo and I'll see you at my next appointment. Stephanie
