Our project was delayed due to city work on our block but the team at Grow Earth was able to come out right before the first snow and get things squared away. They were quick, respectful of our property, and cleaned as they went. Manu kept us informed of the progress and checked in to see if we had questions or concerns. The completed backyard is beautiful work and we have had no water problems since the install. They were reasonably priced, professional and easy to work with. We were treated like family and were given honest advice. We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommended them for your landscaping needs.

They were able to quote very quickly, and since our back yard was unusable (all dirt!) after another construction project, they fit us in quickly so we could get back to enjoying the results. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. I always wait to give reviews when making any new purchases or receiving services. I had a small…read moresection of wood fencing with a rolling gate installed and the replacement of a small side gate at a cost of $7,000.00. From the start of this job there was more problems as well as excuses. The rolling gate rollers sit way too low to the ground and looked nothing like the one I saw on their web page which was main reason for choosing Silva. This picture is no longer there on their site. I made them aware of this and again more excuses and that it would not be corrected. The first frame was the wrong size and after watching them grind it down to force fit it, I once again complained now that the integrity of frame was compromised. Finally the owner informed me that they would be making me a whole new frame as if he was doing me a favor. Never taking responsibility for their mistakes at any time. LESS than THREE months later the side gate was unusable. When I called to complain I was met with more excuses as well as my choice in product used as the reason of why the gate failed. The owner was reluctant to fix this problem and acted as if I was being given a favor to correct and make this side gate functional. It works for now but looks worse. Wish I could post pictures here. Conclusion, I would not recommend using Silva for this type of work and when I have more problems with their work I will hire a more qualified contractor. Lesson learned.
