The…read moreday of my consultation I spent probably at least 45 minutes with Dr. Fryer himself going through the whole procedure, what it entails, how they do it, possible risks, and possible additional costs if the risks happened. Dr. Fryer took the time to really walk me through everything and it made me feel taken care of. The day of surgery I felt so comfortable and safe, and he even called me the evening of my surgery to check on me. All of the staff at Premier Plastic Surgery are incredible and so kind. You get greeted by the most wonderful women at the front, all of the nurses are incredible and take all the time you need to go over questions, etc. and I never once felt uncomfortable or like they didn't truly care about me. I would highly recommend Premier Plastic Surgery and Dr. Fryer. I couldn't think of a better experience for myself.

They would not honor a gift certificate that did not have a written expiration date anywhere on it…read more(despite their being a place for it) after a year. They said their certificates expire a year after being issued but that was never mentioned when it was purchased and they failed to write it on the certificate itself. They should take accountability for their employee not writing an expiration date and honor the certificate as is. Now they just get to keep the money. It's despicable and frankly, illegal. Don't give them your money. Utah Code Ann. §13-11-4(2)(v) Makes it a violation of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act to issue a gift certificate that has an expiration date without disclosing the expiration date on the gift certificate or its packaging. Does not apply to a gift certificate, instrument, or other record useable at multiple, unaffiliated sellers of goods or services if an expiration date is printed on the gift certificate, instrument, or other record. Upon returning home, I realized he had put the wrong size implant in. I called him and told him about his error, stating that it seemed like Plastic Surgery 101 since he had a visual of the implants he was removing versus putting in, and that he should have realized his error during surgery. He simply said "I guess I owe you a new pair of boobs", which I then had to have replaced the next week. Very cavalier about his mistake. He also claimed that during the second surgery he had performed interior work to improve the pockets, which recently became obvious that it was untrue. He also did not tell me that my recalled implants were available for a credit towards new implants, so I never received that $2000 credit. I recently had them repaired by a much more qualified doctor who said that there had never been any work done to the interior pockets. He lied! Avoid this doctor at all costs...literally and figuratively.

Apparently if you have a "deep chemical peel on the off season" they use OLD stuff. It doesn't matter that this is the one week, in a year, in which you are not entertaining a 6 year old or working. My ESTHETICIANS told me, " this bottle is getting low and it might be olD. If you don't peel let me know. IF IT DOESN'T WORK, PLEASE, LET ME KNOW AND WE WILL DO IT AGIAN." He came highly recommended and I had to be absolutely sure that I was in good hands since my face isn't something I could easily hide if anything were to go wrong. I've watched a lot of documentaries and shows having to do with botched procedures that has had me a bit paranoid and extremely cautious to say the least. I had three procedures done on May 31st of this year: a forehead reduction, a blepharoplasty (to get rid of the droopy skin in my upper lids), and a facelift (to get rid of my jowls, double chin, and the loose wrinkly skin on my neck). I didn't have a lot of fat under my chin but my saliva glands were disproportionately large in comparison to my face. They hung lower than my jawline, making it look like a double chin. Some years before my facelift, I tried Kybella injections to get rid of the unsightly bulge, with no avail. Dr Thompson was able to shave off the bottom portion of the glands creating a much more defined contoured appearance between my jawline and neck. Another thing I'm happy about is that I no longer have to spend tons of money on lash extensions and time getting creative with eyeshadow to hide the droopiness that made me look tired all of the time. Now, my eyes look awake and full of life (like they did when I was young). My forehead reduction is something I wanted since high school and it helps so much. I don't look like I have a receding hairline anymore. I am forever grateful and couldn't be happier with my results. Dr Thompson has an artistic talent that literally erased more than 20 years off of my appearance. I'm turning 50 this month and everyone I've met since my surgery all say they thought I was in my mid-thirties. Even my dermatologist was impressed at how well my scars are hidden and are barely noticeable. He said he wouldn't have even noticed them if I hadn't pointed them out. He said he's pretty impressed. The complementary Botox, Hydro-facial, and Diamond Glow facial that came as an unexpected perk (following the facelift) is a good plus too. I've already taken advantage of them and my skin feels amazing. UFP does everything from facials, chemical peels, Botox, fillers all the way to surgical options for face, nose, neck, and ear. I've been here a few times to look refreshed and results look natural. Nothing extensive. For those thinking about getting this done...Botox is not a moral failing and Alfie is good. For this visit I originally planned to do a hydra facial but it was double booked so I opted to try dermablade. Really enjoyed the dermablade facial. They shave away all the dead skin off, do a nice facial, and then apply tinted moisturizer. Expect some tingling but overall painless. It's a nice glow up and would get this again.
