I was highly disappointed with this service! I bought a groupon gift certificate as a mother's day gift. Aside from the unprofessional method of strictly texting to do business, when my daughter phoned, she was spoken to very rudely and abruptly. When I left "Diane" a voicemail, it took her 4 days before she returned my call. When I explained what happened, instead of apologizing, whether or not she agreed, (Remember the customer is always right?), she took an attitude and denied the whole situation. UNREAL!!!! This place is a haven in Reno. Ever since I moved here from Los Angeles, the change of weather has ruined my skin, hair, and even increased my sinuses more than they already were! I came across reverse aging and tried the medical grade infrared saunas and after only 4 30-45 minute sessions there's a world of difference. My skin is softer, cleaner, less dry, and I've even lost some weight. Also, I have a torn ACL in my right knee and a strained rotator cuff in my right shoulder and the time I spend in the sauna really minimizes the pain. I know a lot of people on here say that the owner Dianne is a little off but I personally think her passion for her job and business is so high that people misunderstand her. I HATE homeopathic stuff and oils and all that and she doesn't push it on you. She's knowledgable and respectful and is a wonderful person to know in the community. We received a gift voucher from a friend who was raving about this place and would like us to have the same experience. I called their number to set up an appointment and the recorded message told me that the best way to reach them was through text messaging. I sent a text message to set up our appointment. I received a response about 2H later, asking me what day would suit us best. I sent my reply and mentioned that we have gift voucher from a friend and that we would like to experience what they have to offer. That was Thursday when I sent my text, and I have not received any reply since. I sent another message yesterday asking if this is how they normally treat their potential clients or if we are just simply being ignored because we have a "gift voucher" and are not paying directly for the services they're offering? Still nothing. I think this does not speak too much about the company and how they would treat their clients. It's very disappointing especially since our friend only have good things to say about this place. Well, I guess we will have to ask him to ask for a refund for his money . My favorite place! My home away from home! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the owner Diane. I bought an infrared sauna from Diane about 3 years ago. We were referred to Reverse Aging by a friend because my husband had just gone through Congestive Heart Failure. She told us that Reverse Aging would be able to detox and purify his body from all the meds he takes. So we went and met Diane the owner and she was a "hoot". She is full of energy and very knowledgeable on health and wellness. She started my husband off on DoTerra oils and used the compass machine to figure out what his body was deficient of. Then from this point Diane had him start with the Infrared Thera Sauna. My husband couldn't believe the color of his urine and the smells that were coming off of his body.
