If you are looking to do custom kitchen cabinets, he does not do them. He will tell you he can and when you give him a deposit, he will say he can't do this and can't do that. He took a deposit from us and when we realized he couldn't do any of the things we were asking for, we asked him kindly if he would refund us the deposit since he did not actually do any work (no drawings, no orders, etc.), he refused. The only thing he did do was come measure our kitchen. His attitude completely changed once he received the deposit and was extremely rude. We got most of our deposit back after a couple of intense argumentative conversations. We cut our losses and called it a day. We don't have time to deal with con artists like Peter Guo.
