Great venue for General Admission concerts. Saw Chiodos here and everyone was top notch. Major kudos to security for keeping everyone safe.

I went to Revel for the first time this weekend and it was an excellent venue. The line getting in moved quickly, there were metal detectors and a direct entrance into the concert venue portion of the space. It was large, had two restrooms inside the concert area, along with two bars both upstairs and downstairs. There are two sets of stairs to get up to the 2nd floor, along with an elevator. I LOVED that you can go in and out from the concert area to their food hall/ outer bar area. They had sooo many food options and they were extremely reasonably priced! I will say my favorite thing they had was their awesome photo booth- $6.50 for two prints in either black and white or color which were extremely high quality. The bartenders also allowed me a water cup which I refilled multiple times so I didn't even need to pay for water! Definitely check out their calendar for upcoming shows! read more

This is a most excellent space to see a concert for sure. The older I get, the more appealing the ingress/egress flow of the event becomes, and I must say it was effortless to get in and out, and to have a variety of tasty reasonable food choices available was the cherry on top. It was so nice to be able to sit at the bar and have a drink before stepping in the auditorium area to see KALEO which was fantastic. Also, once inside the auditorium there was another bar/bathroom/merch table, so convenient! I would love to return for another soiree or uptown funk dueling piano show or catch a game on the big screen. read more

Bright spot in Albuquerque. Been to 2 concerts here and both have been a great experience from start to finish. Start with parking. Free and easy in and out. Upon entering, you are greated nicely and wished a good experience. Reminds me of going to chic-filet lol. Venue is the perfect size to see a concert. Plenty of bars and food choices. And they aren't overpriced. Restrooms are clean. I look forward to going to concerts here. You just don't find places like this anymore! read more

Here for a tribute band concert. Small venue, about 3000 seats. Lots of room between the rows. Adult beverages on sale in the rear - behind all the seats. Stage area was a little small for the band playing. Their speaker system blocked the view from where we were sitting. But even with the blocked view it was a great concert. Having been here once will help guide me in seat selection for the next visit. Didn't see much going in - focus was elsewhere. But leaving - besides the bars there was a Perico's & Revel Burger. read more

One of the nicest venues I've been to. Unfortunately what keeps me from giving 5 stars is the sound quality. Currently here for the Machines vs. Monsters tour (A Killer's Confession, Dope, Gwar, Static-X) and I haven't been able to hear one singer well. Unsure if it's the audio engineering or acoustics, but overall really bad sound quality out of every venue I've been to. read more

I love Revel Entertainment for concerts and events--great atmosphere, solid sound, and an awesome space overall. However, the phone experience was frustrating. It took way too long to reach an actual person, and the phone operator was unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. A great venue deserves better customer service over the phone. read more

I saw Josh Johson 11/2/25. I wouldn't go back to this venue for a reserved seating show unless I was sitting on the Mezzanine stools. It's a flat floor and if Mr. Man Bun 2 rows in front of me hadn't moved away from his date I wouldn't have seen Josh on the stage. My friend's seat was a different type chair without a cushion and 2 inches lower than my chair. read more

Entertainment space that is relatively new conveniently located close to I-25 and Montgomery/Montano. Several restaurants with full bar and several different rooms for various events to happen with different amenities within each one. You can get any drink you want from the full bar while you enjoy tacos, burgers, pizza, etc from the restaurants. The newest space is the large concert venue in the back. There are none like it in Albuquerque. It holds many more people than most other venues in the area, with the exception of the outdoor amphitheaters. Great ventilation for an indoor concert space, with an expansive ceiling above the stage to handle full concert lighting rigs. You can get cocktails from the full bar in the main space and bring it into the concert space, plus there are partial bars inside where you can get beers and shots. Most shows are standing room only downstairs, but for some select shows they do put seating in the back or throughout. There is an upper deck VIP area that wraps 2/3 of the room, but you cannot get anywhere near as close from up there and there appear to only be bar stools for seating, so I have not yet bothered to pay the extra money they are asking for that section, since it seems less desirable anyway. Overall it's well run with all the amenities you'd want in a concert venue. I always look forward to the shows that I go to there. I've been to a dozen so far this first year and will be going to many more in the future as well. read more

The venue is good but the company they hire for security is horrible. They are not trained properly to remove people from the premise safely, they literally drag people from a single limb (arm, leg) outside. Even once security have someone restrained they will kick them and slam their face into the concrete. There's a way to handle situations safely and they have no clue how to go about that properly. This is my second time being here for a concert and each time this type of situation has occurred. read more

One of the coolest venues out here in Albuquerque. I remember reading an article on one of the local news stations websites talking about how it was going to be an new concert venue/ entertainment center. It was long before Covid came in and changed the world as we knew it. It was because of this I've yet to see a show there due to the constant delays. I've heard recently they had had some or are beginning to have to some. I'd love to see it some day in it glory. The food court has some delicious options with Pericos, Pizza 9, and of course the famous Revel Burger. My visit this time which has been a long time overdue was for the Revel Burger. I was a little sad to see the spot where rude boy cookies used to be is no longer there. Hopefully a cool restaurant or Crumbl cookies would take that spot in the future. Hint hint wink wink at Crumbl cookies. We definitely need a second location in town lol Anyways this visit was very nice and Im definitely going to need to make more trips there because I need my burger/ pericos fix lol read more

I recently attended a concert at revel entertainment. This is the same complex as revel Burger and a number of other businesses as well as uptown funk. Uptown funk and the other businesses were phase one of this entertainment complex. They have since added a concert venue which is what I'm reviewing here. So pawn arriving I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. I wasn't sure whether or not there would be any seating any photos that I've seen have all been about people standing in front of the stage. I was meeting some friends I arrived early because I know parking there can be tight. There's a lot of information on their website and they try to keep you very informed about what to expect when you arrive including such things is not bringing a large purse. Doors were supposed to open at 6:00 p.m. they opened around 5:30 which meant that I was able to get in early along with my friends. As we walked into the actual concert space we were happy to see that there were chairs probably not enough for the $3,000 attendees that fill this place to capacity however there were enough chairs for those who wanted to sit. Some people stood by the stage automatically wanting to get the best view of the band. We older folks wanted to sit until the band started at which point we would stand up and enjoy the music in front of the stage. There is a balcony area there are seats in the balcony area but those seats are just bar stools that don't have any backs on them. All in all, I was really happy about this venue and very impressed with the staff. It was well organized. It was very convenient. The drinks were incredibly affordable and I think the owners for that. The sound was great. Nice stage. Bathrooms were well attended and clean. There were no negatives. And I will be thrilled to go back time and time again to this venue. I wish them the best of luck and lots of success in bringing awesome acts into Albuquerque. read more

It's large enough for a good crowd but small enough to feel like it's taking place in someone's garage. Up close. Everyone of the staff I came across were professional and courteous. Okay went to go see a show last week for the first time. This place was pretty cool. Everything was clean plenty of security handling the crowd. Everything was clean. The venue was a great place to watch a show. My only complaint is the mayor came to watch the same show and he showed up late. Security kicked out 3 people in wheelchairs from the handicap section and made them move so the mayor could have a seat, and he only stayed for the opening act then left. Those people were moved for nothing. If I was them I would have been upset so your mileage may very when attending here. read more

Saw a concert here on 4/30/23. The concert was great the venue is less than impressive. It doesn't know what it wants to be - sports bar, theater, etc. I'm very disappointed in the security in the main theater. We had front row seats and were sitting next to a woman with a cane. People from the 2nd and 3rd rows came up and crowded in knocking the woman with the cane down! Security no place to be found. Audience members handled it and dealt with the incredibly rude and drunk person who knocked over the woman with the cane and got her to finally move back to her own area. NO SECURITY anywhere at all. I will never go back to this venue even if an artist I want to see plays here. Awful venue, terrible organization and layout. security was a joke. read more

This place is no good. My daughter went to a concert last night. As she was leaving, the crowd was busy and she was making her way through with her boyfriend. As she was leaving and making her waybout she cut infrint of a group of females. 1 started to push her around. Then another decided to put her in a choke hold. My daughter pushed the woman to the wall that was trying to choke her. Then the other woman in the group decided to jump her. All while my daughter was yelling at them that she is a 16 year old girl and they are jumping a MINOR. Security was garbage in thier response. Tild my daughter thatbthey wpuldnt be able to identify them You would think it being an ALL AGES event that the younger crowd would be protected from drunks at an event. Instead the security took a very poor incident report. The cops didn't even make a report or ask for the parent of the minor child to be present. My daughters boyfriend is the one that called her parents. Security said they didn't see anything. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR CHILDREN TO GO!!!! SAFETY IS NOT A CONCERN FOR THIS PLACE OR THIER SECURITY. read more

Purchased a VIP ticket for Adam Ant on 24 April. Received a general admission ticket, but no VIP packet. One month later I am still waiting. Their phone does not pick up, voice mail is full, social media is a wasteland or noncommunication. I am owed $150 for the undelviered VIP packet. RevelABQ is a lying, theiving operation. You would think with the $150 they stole form me, their phones would have more voicemail storage. One star because SERO is not option. read more

I want to express my complete and utter disappointment in the facility and the landlords complete disregard for their ADA guests. The venue claims to be accommodating for ADA requirements. And while they may be, it truly is not accommodating. I contacted the venue months in advance to our concert to confirm the accommodations. I was told that we would be upstairs on the balcony, that this was the designated area for ADA. But upon arriving to the venue. We were advised otherwise. The seats were set up under the balcony, nearly midway to the back of the venue. Tucked in a small corner. There was no way we would be able to see over the people standing infront of us. The "landlord" was incredibly rude and told multiple people that he was "sorry his employees don't know everything " yet multiple people were told the same information we were. He told multiple people if they weren't happy with how they could "cater" to us, that they could get a refund and leave. He told my mother, who is in a wheelchair that he could care less if she sat on the barricade, while other venues made it VERY clear that it was not legally safe for ADA guests to sit in the GA crowd. The band was incredible. The venue staff and the landlord had zero disregard for their disabled guests. Very disappointed in the venue and lack of proper accommodations. I do expect and response back or a refund on our event as that was completely unsafe. We will never be coming back to this venue again. read more

While I come here specifically to enjoy some of the best coffee Albuquerque has to offer, I have grabbed a burrito at Perico's in the past--a killer deal for the amount of burrito you get for the price! Eh, it seemed okay. It's almost as they try too hard to stay relevant in a competition riden city. I went to the bar with my girlfriend an hour before they supposedly closed and got denied drinks. Recently saw Blacksmurf with my boyfriend at Revel. I needed the restroom and I was in the bathroom stall when all of this sudden a grown man who works there starts to bang hard on my stall along with 3 other female workers from the bar. I was so scared. You cant even feel safe in the ladies restroom and without a grown man employee banging on the stall. I do not recommend going to revel. the staff didn't apologize and disregarded how scared I was. They clearly were looking for someone else but I'm not sure why they are okay with male employees being the ladies restroom but it is NOT okay. read more

The security was out of control... they gave me a hard time from the beginning and it ended up me kicked out with my party. We lost out on the money, the time and the most important thing... I was waiting to see this show through Covid. The security guard Anthony? With the bald head and Billy goat gruff beard, kicked me out! I didn't even do anything wrong! I was just trying to have fun and didn't hurt anyone or myself. It was a shame that they had to make a point of getting on my case.
